He lost his powers to blue kryptonite and survived a fatal fall. Without knowing how to fly, he defeated Doomsday, Zod, Bizarro, Brainiac and Darkside Henry's Superman doesn't come close to that.
Honestly, when a character gets a show of their origin and they spend every season doing absurd things before they even becomes the hero that everyone already knows they are, you should already know that they are much stronger than their version of the movies.
Tom Welling's Kal-El/Ckark kent was the most powerful superman in all the live action adaptations. He did every feat every other superman did and then some and he did all of it before he became superman and he also kind of defeated darksied (in the series finale when he went to apkolips and then sent it back away from the earth and he wouldn't have done that without defeating Darksied in some form) which no other live action superman have done so far.
Smallville was not the story of Superman but of Clark Kent how he learns to use his powers it is only at the end of the series that he becomes Superman.
