Evil Neighbourhood Monster Almost Got Away With Everything | Tim Hennis

  • Tim Hennis was an Army Sergeant in Fayetteville, arrested after the Eastburn family were found brutalised. After one trial, he was found guilty and sentenced to death. However, an appeal would poke substantial holes in the prosecutions case. An appeal would be successful, but that wouldn't be the end of the story...

I just read a news report while looking for more information on the case. Not only did he say what he did in court, he consoled Hennis' sister after the court martial trial and told her he sympathizes with her situation. And he's said in interviews since that he holds no ill will toward the Hennis family, nor is he clamoring for Hennis' execution. That's guru on a mountain levels of grace and compassion.
(Side note, he did also say that if Hennis was executed he would feel that would simply be the Hennis earned, so he's not arguing against it, just doesn't really care either way)

I had over 40 cousins in Canada, My wife got MANY messages about family connections to me, most of which I couldn't help with as I haven't lived in Canada for many decades. Then she got a message from a woman in Alberta that linked her to me somehow. That woman's mother had a one-night stand in the 1980s with a truck driver and she was the result, but she had no idea who the guy was other than he said he was a truck driver. Well, it couldn't have been me as I was living in England at the time and I was never a truck driver. After some sleuthing it turned out to be one of my cousins who actually was a long-haul truck driver. By this time he had died, but the woman at least knew who her father was.

So I've been testing my theory out while bingeing all of Mike's videos. It has so far proven to be correct. Pay attention to how suspects respond when asked point blank if they killed someone. Guilty people will answer by partially repeating the question (No, I did not kill that person), or by using words such as absolutely/honestly (Absolutely not!). Innocent people will simply answer NO.

What makes it more chilling, is how he seemingly did it with the intention of going quietly back to his life, with his wife and kids, his job, in the same community. It doesn't look like it was a break in for wrong or some impulse crime that got out of hand. He planned to go and take absolutely everything he wanted, and he killed everyone who could have possibly recognized him--only leaving the infant because it wasn't a potential witness.

I think he went there to rape her and shit got out of hand. Maybe he thought the kids would be in some kind of daycare or school-or sleeping-idk. But he obvi felt like he had to kill them bc they must’ve seen him. Leaving the baby bc she couldn’t rat him out. But the way he killed them tho-insane. Slitting their throats yo finish the job. He could’ve just worn a mask, licked them all in a bathroom , and then did his rotten deed. He didn’t need to murder everyone violently. And then he went on to raise two kids! And stayed with the same woman. Killers never cease to amaze and terrify me.

@@audreymuzingo933 that’s also true. In the Rhoden and Wagner case from Ohio, they killed the entire family, including the 14/16 year old. The main target-a 20 year old girl with a 4 day old baby sleeping with her in her bed-was shot and left in her bed. As all the others were. The killer-her ex-put the baby to her breast so it could nurse. ON A DEAD BODY. Ppl are disgusting and vile. It both intrigues and terrifies me.

There is definitely doubt that he did it”. And then when he was acquitted, I started to feel bad for him getting caught up in all of it simply because of the dog stuff..just to end up losing a few years of his life and those fundamental young years with his daughter over it all. That's sketchy to me because he shouldn't be able to do it because it's horrific. Nothing having to do with him having children of his own. There should be no one other reason besides it's just horrible.

At best, him vomiting would be the least likely to get twisted in some way. If he cried, he was guilty, if he was stonefaced, he was guilty. That's a real thing people have to deal with all the time during trials, regardless of their innocence. And it's absolutely a real thing people have to deal with in general when getting accused of something. First I’ve heard of this wild case. Glad Mike went down the rabbit hole and emerged to bring it to us. Well told, as always.

Wow. Just wow. Like you said, just like a movie....incredible that that sick f**k was indeed the one responsible all the time. Also glad that the poor surviving daughter lived to see justice served with her dad. Keep up the great work Mike!

mike i just wanted to say thank you for the frequent uploads. my dad had open heart surgery two weeks ago and has had a few complications, and it’s been very difficult for me to accept that his recovery is, for the most part, out of my control. it’s been hard to find distractions that can actually take my mind off of the situation, but your storytelling has been so consistent and of such high quality that it’s given me something to focus on and look forward to while he recovers. i appreciate the effort you put into these cases, thanks for being here!❤

Hey Mike ! Thanks for your videos :) Do you know that you helped me during an exam?! I'm French and I'm learning English at university. Last week, I took an oral exam and my aim is always to sound idiomatic. We were 2 students and when the teacher asked "who wants to go first?" I answered: "Let's give it a go" and your face came into my mind! I smiled inside :) Besides, I'll be in Dublin for a few months starting from August! Can't wait to be there :)

I've been speaking English since I was born nearly 50 years ago, and I never heard anyone say "give it a go" until this channel. It's not a common phrase, at least not in the US. Also he doesn't pronounce words right, so be careful using him for English lessons. "Go" is not pronounced "goo", and "third" is not pronounced "turd". The French students I've had in classes have always had trouble saying "three", calling it "tree", like Mike does. Don't copy Mike. His English is bad. Also his grammar is terrible, so definitely don't copy that.

@@WhatDoesMyChannelNameMean I'm from the US, born 66 years ago this month. I've heard, and said, "Let's give it a go" all of my life. I've heard it locally and on television many times. You may speak English, but it's with a different accent/dialect from Mike's, and probably from mine. He pronounces words perfectly well. What you don't seem to understand is that he speaks with an Irish accent. Just like US English is spoken differently in different parts of our country, it's spoken differently in every English-speaking country, with different accents/dialects in different parts of those countries. The same goes for the different pronunciations of Spanish in Spanish speaking countries, Italian in Italy, Polish in Poland, French in France, etc. As for the way he says, "Let's give it a go", it seems to be with an exaggerated Irish accent. I think it's cute. Sometimes, just for fun, I'll use an exaggerated Southern US accent, in line with my Southern roots. So...Mike's English is not "bad" simply because it's different from yours or mine. As for French students "having trouble" saying certain words, they're not having trouble at all. It's simply how they pronounce those words. And as for Mike's grammar, I've not noticed any problems, and I was an English Major in college. His dialect is just different, not incorrect. One of the main reasons I Subscribed to Mike's channel is because I enjoy hearing him speak in his lovely accent.

That is so cool. Mike is special to his subs for so many different reasons. He makes me smile every time he comes on and says “hi, my name is mike, and in this old video....”. That’s when I know I’m about to enjoy the next 30 min of my day. Ireland is on my bucket list. Hope you enjoy your time there.
