At 1:09:53 you should def go into the ally ways behind Zara, it’s more lively there and with a lot of stores.
Pretty much Taipei night life is mostly night markets 😂, bars (but they are pretty spread out), there are also authentic Taiwanese stir fried food where the locals go and drink, and KTVs, you can also try to head to the Japanese area from 8pm to 12am (try to google the map before you go, it’s called 七條通）.
