I enjoyed this tour. Nice practical spaces with a fair amount of room considering the location. Sure it could do with a bit of interior design but most people prefer doing that themselves then having taking on the previous owners’ ideas.
Only issue is no garden or outdoor space apart from the tiny decking and is like a town house with the many floors and I guess you could make a roof space garden, but loved the fact there was a bedroom on most of the floors, each night you could sleep in a different room, overall its nice and as everyone says great for exercise going up and down them stairs all day
For a 5m home the kitchen is shocking, you can get a better kitchen from Ikea. Too many stairs. Completely impractical.
Good value for the Brompton-Gloucester Rd area, nicely redesigned. Narrow building as expected for the area. Lots of stairs a bit of a negative, but still, a very nicely updated property.
The Vow factor for me was the speakers every where, this is how I want for my Home, so it's spiritual or music I gotta to hear everywhere 🤣😅😂🤗🤗🤗♥️✌️🕊️💃🕺💃🕺💃🕺😎👍
This is so much nicer than the previous one, and lighter, too.
I think the problem is that the corridors and hallways are actually very narrow, as the bedroom are small. I accept it's central London and so purely in comparative terms, £5 million isn't a great deal of money, but I still would have anticipated slightly more.

I love this unit
I like the kitchen, but it could have been made so much better with better choice interiors & furniture. It does seem a property with rooms all over the place really. Benefit is that it’s 5 floors but some of the rooms look pretty small.

Why is it that all the luxury homes in Central / West London are so white, clinical and soulless? It’s such an early noughties, tired aesthetic. In East London, all of the nicely done up historical homes still have retained their original features, and the interior design has so much more character and colour.

Don't like the way you can't see anything out of a lot of the windows, obviously because they are underground. I assume there is some kind of fire escape for below ground.

5 million pounds! Imagine that much in cash. Would I spend that on one building? No!! My first property in the early 70's was just under £4.000.00 ... 3 bedroom detached home with a garage, front and rear garden... How times have changed

Decent house tbh. But them London prices are insane and only for those with deep pockets and tens of millions in the bank. And let's face it. That don't include 96% of us.

Some great features but the kitchen's pretty ordinary, not in keeping with the rest of the place at all. Surely they could've at least built a bulkhead above the cabinets so they go all the way to the ceiling?

Definitely would not choose to live here, 5 floors goodness all the stairs, I gave up on stairs 10 years ago, not a house to view past 75 😂

Down lights my friends. They are downlighting not spot lights. Spotlights are moveable and adjustable those are not. Gee you use the door bespoke a lot., save it for amazing pieces not just wardrobes and shelving. ‘Custom mill work’ is the term. Oh humongous. Really?
