I don’t know how old the young lady is but her clothes and demeanor makes me think she’s 15 -16. If she wants to do this professionally, she needs to get some help. Hair, wardrobe first plus watch how Nicki does it on Escape to the Country. This girl has no confidence which she will hopefully get with time. Leggings and an oversized denim jacket are for nipping out for a coffee.

An old wealthy friend of mine lived in a house like this in London . Late regency house , all sparkly inside. Lots of shiny surfaces and bling, deep pile carpet and fabric wall paper etc.. He got through two maids in three months because they both reported seeing a small child in a tattered clothing in various parts of the house. They'd be vacuuming the stairs and feel a tug on the cable . Movement in the corner of their eye, and smells of burning wood.
Seemed like despite the modernisation and sterilisation of his house, the past wasn't prepared to change. I think in the 19th century it had been divided up into tenements for the poor.
He never saw anything (although occasionally did smell odd things and hear noises) but thought it strange that two maids who had never even met would report this child.

Talk about the Tardis, this house just grows once your inside. I love it, always been fascinated by London Georgian properties and to have a tour of one is priceless.
    Worth fifteen million? Not sure.

Beautiful refurbishment and basement development. Sadly, very little of the internal history of the house remains except some stair banisters and spindles. For £15m I'd expect a few very high-end salvaged and restored fireplaces appropriate to the age of the house. Developers chose made in china production line fireplaces instead.

Being from American this would be the last house I would buy although very nice, I’d be claustrophobic living there. The layout is all over the place and your surrounded by buildings. Sorry London!

What a beautiful house, a fantastic piece of history. So many hidden gems that unfortunately were not shown. Can I suggest looking at some of Enes Yilmazer house tours, many, including myself can lost for hours with his tours. Enes should tour this house with you, a collaboration maybe in the future. Thank-you for sharing a truly amazing property.

*incoming complaints about the price* *incoming people saying you could buy 25 million acres in Liverpool for this amount
    1) no one cares
    2) its the same as every major city in the world you always pay a premium price
    3) the people who can afford these homes don't see it as a waste of money but an investment
    4) have a good day & check in on your loved ones :)

It's the first time I have seen inside one of these properties in this area.
    Two benefits to buying this.
1, you wouldn't need a gym membership, as this house has so many stairs & a gym also.
2, if ever the loo packs up you could pop just a few doors down to use one of the many loos in the Palace.
This house was built to last, & I do not think this will stay on the market for very long...even at that price!
    It has some nice features.

If you two could ever showcase a house that had extensive basement expansion, I would love to see one. This house is extremely luxurious! Reminds me of a house on the Upper East Side in NYC! Relax Matt and Sum Sum, why so clumsy?

  • @scientchahming5

That's a pretty decent property! Even the BASEMENT is well lit! The dumbwaiter definitely is a bonus, although an elevator would have been better. 12:57 - Don't like the clear glass door betwern the master bedroom and bathroom.

Belgravia is really lovely. Beautiful buildings up and down. If I had that kind of cash, I'd like to live in that area. I don't usually like modern interiors. I usually like to see what the interiors looked like BEFORE they redo them.
