There are so many types of lunch boxes in that station, and each one looks so beautiful! That longan drink cup is so special! You look great with glasses! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful trip, well done! 👍🥰🙏
Haha, that's like catching a taxi in Manhattan and he asks where you want to go and you tell him "Miami". Just take a bus, only costs 215 baht at Southern Bangkok Bus Terminal. Leaves every 30 min and you pay at the JKP kiosk there. You never have to pay in advance for a bus, they are half empty most of the time. So easy. They're standing for the national anthem.
for the train that start at Krung Thep Aphiwat station are long distance train which better to book 10 days ahead even you want seating coach but for sleeping coach recomment to book at least 30 days before travel. For short distance train which no need to book you need to go to either Thon Buri station or Bangkok Train Station (Hua Lam Phong) depend on departure time that you prefer. and short distance train mostly is open air train but extremely cheap around 30-50 THB.
Yes, even I have try to do booking about 3 weeks in advance could not get a good departure time and train, almost fully booked out, especially surprised me from Hua Hin back to Bangkok city could not get the train ticket for daytime departure train.
Cambodian workers come to work in Thailand, cooking food that Thai employers tell them...until they are skilled....When they return to Cambodia, it's so cute...tell the world that this food is ancient Khmer food.....
I am glad that I have watch your video today because I will also be going to try my first time to travel from Bangkok to Hua Hin and back to Bangkok again by trains. On 9th June 2024 at midafternoon in Bangkok with my both advance booking and on 12th June at 2am train from Hua Hin train station. Your video is helpful and at least now I know how it going to be like what you had already gone through especially show how you walk over to Hua Hin train station in the late nighttime there because I will be doing the same to walk over there after check-out from the hotel at 12midnight. I stay at the hotel there not very far away from Hua Hin train station. May I know, how to check and look for my train seat inside the train? Is the seat numbers show on the back of each seat or on the overhead bin in the train because I am worried and concern can see it, I have a poor eyesight to look up for my train seat after boarding it. thanks.
Between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. there will be the national anthem. Most Thai people usually stand and salute the national anthem. But foreigners don't have to follow it.
You could’ve gone to ekamai bus station. They have minivans that go to hua hin I think they are about 3 hours apart though. One I got the van no problem. Another time I got a driver hanging out at the bus station haggled him down because I told him the bolt price I didn’t want to wait the 3 hours.
Yes, there are cheaper ways. Perhaps downloading the app 12Go would have helped. With the app I reserved a seat on a full size bus with restroom from BKK, 1st floor, for about US $12 in June one way. Somebody mentioned the Eastern Bus terminal at the Ekkamai BTS stop as a possibility. That is a good idea too. $45 to $60 for a Grab or Bolt, you're living the high life then.
Very easy go to ekamai bus station mini busses go to hua hin as soon as they get enough people to fill a van I forget how much maybe 400 baht that’s what I did. They go all day long
I don't kown .why did't you go by bus in mochit bus station. It near you about1-3kilometer. form bangsue station.you can take more information before travel.
hi should always talk in Thai baht as ppl who watch understand to covert to there country cheers go many times to huahin for 4 or 5 month just easy to ask hotel to sort a taxi from hotel to the hotel your going to stay at in huahin but the time you get taxi to train station then the train cost then taxis huahin to your hotel your probably only saying 50% more comfortable in taxi cheers
Buses vary here. I am familiar with the bus to Korat, which runs every hour, but I don't know for other provinces, You may need to call and inquire. It can be challenging without a car here, even for locals. I apologize for that. Wishing you a great time, Zane.
You’re being very dull. Just go to the bus station and buy a ticket so cheap. The rapid train is always full because a lot of university students catch that train.
I honestly didn't enjoy watching this vlog. There was too much down time, trying to figure out where to go, what to do, then the phone call, and constant complaining up until the end of your video. To me this train was absolutely not worth it or watching it. Sorry!
They were standing for the Thai national anthem. It's common in Thailand to see this in public spaces when it comes on. Sad to think standing for a national anthem is now a foreign concept for many Westerners. Some even find it offensive now.

Ohhh, such nice people are in Thailand. They are all smiling and full of energy. Thank you for sharing this nice video.
Smirking...not smiling . Because they are scamming you.
Get the airport link to Suvanabhumi, go to gate 8 and get the VIP bus. Very comfortable
7:12 The national anthem was playing that's why everyone was supposed to stand and sing,I do that in school where I live

Trains run in morning. 2:00 train is 2 am. 14:00 is 2 pm, military times in Thailand.
I was at same train station going to surat thani in January at 11:30 pm sitting on exact same bench so so many mosquitos lol

He was already at Bangsue, so he should have gone to Mo Chit instead of Ekamai or even Southern Bus terminal.

A lot of times you can go to the train station the day before and buy tickets.
Those glasses look good on you!
How long are in Thailand for? 🙏🙏🙏
You've been in Thailand many times and for long periods and didn't know about the national (royal) anthem being played?? Hard to believe. 😅
Last time I was there the old station was still running.

Zane is taking the Midnight Express

🥰🥰🥰
You need an Adult with you😮
You need to have drink 🥤

Why would you do this?

That was one of your worst vlogs man. Just constant complaining and miserable vibes from start to finish😅.
National anthem time because asia is not as lost as the west haha
shame about the train
Warning: 25 minutes in to the video before the title of this vlog is actually addressed…”interesting” pacing of this video.

Happens also when you go to the cinema right before the movie starts
It's not really....
Outdated performing for nothing.
