In the 60's or 70's my grandparents visited, they watched the Dark Shadows soap opera every day. So we were introduced to that show. i think there was a fancy dollhouse in some of those episodes. But I've always been fascinated by miniature things. I should have asked my father for one, we could have built it together. I'm sure he would have.

This is NOT the largest doll house store in the world.. I have been to bigger in Toronto, if it's still around and there's more around the US that are bigger . Great store though and love the all the miniatures

That antique miniature dollhouse in the room before the "orange room" was gorgeous. I would have been all through those 75% off clear bags. I'm curious if he purchases miniatures from individuals. I have a few pieces, and I make 1:12 scale items. Not mass produced but LOVE produced. 💙
