    Day 5 which I am now doing in order was great but very interesting how differently things can be day to day. I was able to complete eagle wrap and balance on my right leg today but could barely even lift my leg on the other side. I surrendered to it and can't wait until tomorrow for day 6.     That was a great one - especially because I sit at a desk all day and pushing into long distance running. Thank you! It really helped me with the knot in my right shoulder and knowing these moves I can relieve it more often before it flares up too much. I actually spent the day redoing all the challenges so far (first 5) to make sure I did them as properly as I can. I have noticed extreme imbalance in strength in left vs right side of my body. I have also detected extreme shortness of muscles in my thighs as well as my arms and shoulders since I started running (I used to be very loose and flexible). I have am also recovering from an ankle injury and the eagle pose really helped put pressure in a part of my foot that I felt I needed. Thank you !

    I was actually surprised how much this helped open up my shoulders . My hamstrings are very tight so no surprise this was a definite challenge for me. Thank you Brett!

    This was perfect for me today. I have been working on my house mudding walls my neck and shoulders were very tight this morning. I feel so relaxed and ready for another day working on the house. I am so surprised I was able to actually complete the eagle wrap and balance on my left leg but not my right. I will come back this practice it was great and super heating for me. As always much love Namaste!!!!!

    Early on I could tell that I have a lot more control of my waist muscles than I used to, but I still had to stop about halfway through to do some waist stretches. I also had a lot of trouble keeping my balance throughout.

    Loved this one so much. For the first time in 18 months I actually did warrior 3!! Not a.fully flat back but progress. I still cant get on with eagle arms though. My shoulders hunch and I cant find space. Any tips?

      Maybe don't go for the full wrap in the eagle arms and see if that helps. Also, it could be simple anatomy. All skeletons are unique and different, so every pose will look different for every body. Find what works for you, and leave the rest💖💖💖

      Not necessary, especially if you are doing a Yin Yoga practice.
