The perfect middle shoe having best parts of both this shoes is cloud tilt. Light weight, good stack height great cushion just a tiny bit firmer. My only two complaints about tilt was bottom has exposed foam little bit which might not be ideal for rough use and the color way is garbage but other than that. I am really happy of cloud tilt.
If you like the original, try the New Balance More V5, can't get any softer than that, though perhaps not looking as "cool" or streamlined as the On's.
Already did more v5 is too heavy and clunky. Good shoe for those who do short runs or walk but not good for all day. The weight gets annoying and the breath ability sucks as well. Not good for hot environments.
Have the Cloud Surfer and Cloud Horizon (waterproof) but passed on the Cloud Eclipse as the speedboard on the bottom had a bit of click-clacking sound on hard surfaces. Could the Cloud Surfer Next be closer in cushion feel to the higher stack Cloud Eclipse or even the slightly firmer Cloud Horizon (waterproof)? Am switching between Cloud Surfer Next and Cloud Surfer Trail because both are massively discounted here in Oz.
I have a question! where the ankle bone is on the outside, is that dip the same height? or does the cloudsurfer next have a higher cut out? I have a very sticky outty (for lack of better words) ankle bone and the cloudsurfers are one of the only shoes from them I can wear because that dip is low enough for my bone to not touch the top of it. would love to know before ordering and returning! thanks so much love your channel
@@khyoon14 is it breathable same like new balance 1080? Because I am thinking to get On new next version. Nike and adidas gives me alot exhaustion even though it has mesh on it but seems fake mesh
Might be too late but I’ve been wearing these for the past two weeks and it’s a very warm shoe. Great otherwise, but I’d go for the 1080 v13s if I could again

Nice!
The next looked like it had a narrower toebox until you removed the insoles 🤔

Thanks. I did a video on it th-cam.com/video/W3bkRCr89EI/w-d-xo.html
@@SidsTips Oh, I'll check to see how you liked it then:) I just tried it last week, a bit too soft for me for running tbh.

@@2013TombRaider thanks for sharing.
If low heel drop, it could be best for daily wear
A low heel drop bothers my feet.
yeah "lower drop" and less of a rocker than the previous and best of all NO SQUEAKS
@@SidsTips Same here! My left ankle hurts with shoes lower than 10mm offset
Any on shoe model that is comparable to vomero and 1906r? Like price wise and comfort wise thanks!
I have not worn those shoes, so hopefully someone else can make a suggestion. Good luck!

I have not worn the cloud eclipse so I can't really be of help to you there.

I did not keep the next shoe and trying to remember. I think it was pretty close.
Is it next version breathable?
I did mention that I thought it was during the time wearing it.
it's breathable but don't expect anything like super flowing. lol

Vraiment déçu de ma première sortie avec..les anciennes étaient moelleuses, celles ci rigides
