Nice video 😊. Glad you seemed to like your visit to Helsinki. As a finn I'd like to add that if you come again try visiting other places in Finland especially the lakes, forests etc. they are the best part of our country. Or if citylife is what you like I much more omprefer Tampere than Helsinki. Never heard of Ekberg as a finn, I'd suggest hotel breakfasts like Lapland hotels or Klaus K which are wonderful. Finns generally have a bit different breakfast culture the cafe breakfasts are very simple like porridge, hard boiled eggs and yoghurt. When you want the more incontinental breakfast type they are brunches at restaurants or hotel breakfasts.

Nice video, it´s nice to hear that you had good time in Helsinki 👍. This might sound weird but there is no word for "please" in finnish language. We just use the word thank you = kiitos. So if you order a coffee, you can say "yksi kahvi, kiitos" which directly means "one coffee, thank you". 🙂

Helsinki Cathedral wow. Ooo the view in the ferris wheel with the city covered in snow. Finland looks so pretty, now all I think of is Russia invading it 😩 "She does look like everyone else here" 😂 I am from NY that would be so weird for everyone to look like they were from Finland. Russia is not invading Finland. So far It is very peaceful here and Sweden and Finland are joining Nato now.

It's not important to know the native language of the destination country if they speak English there. I'd say the level of English is pretty okay in Finland and you definitely do not need to know Finnish to get along. It's probably worse to learn few phrases in Finnish and then end up pronouncing them so wrong you'll be misunderstood anyways.
I guess things are different in Russia when nobody speaks anything but Russian there.
