Enernova Is an up-and-coming player in the power station slash solar generator market. I have to admit I didn't take them as seriously as I should and the ETA Ultra put me in my place LOL. I could not believe the amount of power this thing could put out at one time compared to other power stations in its class. While not having the most amount of solar input possible when it comes to giving you the power that you need this box does it and does it for a lot less than many of the competitors in this market.

I'm from Kyiv, Ukraine and I bought the same one yesterday. A very necessary thing in the household, especially when there are power outages every day. I live in an apartment and not in a country house, so a diesel or gasoline generator is not an option.

This could be a 40 or 50 pound unit (tops) if it was NMC. And if you put a buffer in the software for a 80% DOD you can get about half as many cycles as LiFePO4 which is going to be plenty for most people.
So kind of hypocritical to say weight is an issue but demand a chemistry that is twice as heavy as NMC. NMC is entirely safe if you just treat it correctly. Yes, poorly made Chinese packs with no name cells are an issue but if you insure that your pack has name brand cells and was properly spot welded, has a good BMS, and has proper insulation then the odds of it having an issue are almost 0.

It seems decent for what it is but I can't see any benefit of this over a genuine generator. I know people have loud opinions either way and I'm not trying to start any fights. Around here if the power goes out it might stay out for days. This will probably run everything a generator will but once it's dead it's useless. A generator keeps on going as long as I have fuel. Before winter starts I make sure my portable 100 gallon tank is full of gas with stabilizer. The 300 gallon barrel is filled with treated diesel. I genuinely don't see much benefit to these except for temporary outages where emissions might be a problem. How long will temporary last?
Sorry, but your "argument" isn't logical. Your gas generator is useless without fuel, just like this powerbox is useless without electricity. If you're going to compare, then compare apples to apples. You have an entire "infrastructure" setup for your gas generator (gas station / gas truck, pipes, tanks, etc). Do the same for this powerbox and it'll last a lot longer than your generator. Connect it to an electrical generating source like solar panels, waterwheels, or windmills, then come back and compare - otherwise you're just talking nonsense.
@@staryoke Why isn't it logical? I have a 300 gallon barrel filled with premium gas and stabilizer year around. As far as gas generators not lasting very long I have one that my dad bought almost 50 years ago. Still starts on the first pull. Change the oil every year, no problems.
