    You guys.. the Gainsbybrains App is (FINALLY) here!! what’s in it:
    1. workout programs: depending on your goals, experience level and how often you want to train during the week, a workout program is tailored towards you. You’ll be able to easily see what workout you need to do & when. Every few weeks your workouts change to prevent plateaus. The programs are currently 12 weeks long but we’ll make them longer before the 12 weeks are finished!
    2. workout library: if you ever want to do something outside of your plan, you can easily do so by accessing our extensive workout database
    3. recipes: we made healthy, easy and delicious meals that will hopefully inspire you to eat your best. you can easily change portion sizes, access nutritional information or follow along with the cooking steps. Each step has a photo so you know exactly what to do.
    4. planner: this is where everything comes together! Here you can find your workouts, and easily add any meals or training that you want to do. you can also start your workouts from here!
    5. gym mode: start your workout from the planner and go to the gym mode! Here you can find an overview of the workout, and click an exercise to see a video demonstration, the number of sets and reps you should be doing, your tempo and a rest timer. logging of weights, alternative exercises and tempo explanations per exercise are already in development and will follow soon.
    The app is free to download, and has a free 14-day day trial if you want to go ahead and check it out. only available in the AppStore, Android will follow later. Hope that you love it just as much as I do. xx
