It is pretty amazing: Lomo Saltado, Ceviche, Picarones, Anticuchos, Mazamorra Morada, Chicha Morada, Caldo de Gallina, Aji de Gallina, Pollo a la Brasa, Arroz con Mariscos, Arroz con Pollo, etc. Lima is the food capital of Latin America. So much delicious food. We could try it all during 1 continous year eating a different dish every day . . . Greetings from Lima and Welcome to my country

Awe, thank you for your feedback. We only stayed 5 days in Arequipa (I'll leave the link below) accommodations were basic, it came with breakfast, was walking distance to the square had a hot shower, comfy bed and was clean. Hi there Turtle! 😊 we used a few bus lines Cruz del sur and Jean Buss , don't book the jean Buss, it was awful! I'd recommend not using the buses if you don't have too..... fly off you can! Thanks for the sub....I appreciate it . Thank you for your feedback! Have a great trip!

Can you suggest what neighborhood(s) in Arequipa have the least amount of roaming barking dogs?

That's a good question, from our experience dogs roam all over the place. Not really sure which neighborhood hood would have less, sorry.

The wite dust is volcano ash that it’s the material of the rocks too….it’s all volcano material
