    i love the timer and 2 minutes is the perfect length for each pose - enough to make a difference but not too long that you get bored. Thanks Devi!

    Very impactful hip work! Love starting with the legs up the wall sequence. I'll add that to my morning yoga routine - legs up feels great first thing in the AM!

    I have just started doing classes with Devi a week ago and they are the best. I look forward to my yoga practice every day now, I feel so good afterwards. This 14 day reset is great, thank you so much. I love that you give options to allow for body variations, and allow time to reset in-between poses. I'm in Australia

    I learnt from your cues and listened to my body (and get creative bc no piece of wall available). I swear I could feel the blood pumping in my pelvis + inner thighs during the "triangle" variation of legs at the wall !
    Shoelace is a NO WAY for my knees, so I did sukhasana + head on the bolster (diagonally to the mat) instead😎

    Definitely helped ease my anxiety today. 🙏 Thanks for offering alternatives to shoe lace - that is 1 pose that I just can’t do after many years of yoga. I always hate it when a teacher says “and next, shoe lace” 😂 so I really appreciate how you started out with square pose and then gave the alternative to stay there. Thank you!

    This was wonderful. I’ve been trying to get more consistent with my yoga practice as I work a merchandising job so lots of hours on my feet and lifting heavy boxes and this practice was divine. Definitely felt it in my hips but was much needed. Thank you for this series 🌟
