This show has gone so far off the rails that it's just plain sad. Just like the S3 finale felt like a series finale than a season finale, this S4 finale felt even more like a series finale. The episode overall was blah for me. Anti climactic ending but Mr Terrific's speech to Oliver was the highlight for me as the character has been the highlight for me ever since he's been on the show. At this point, if they ended the show, I'd be fine with it. The Black Canary's dead. Team Arrow goes their separate ways and so does Quentin and it just felt like this is the end. I do hope it's the end of Olicity and the beginning of this show getting back to what it does best which is telling street crime stories. Obviously since Oliver is Mayor now they can dive into some political intrigue with City Hall and the corruption that Oliver can battle there. Here's to hoping they can turn this ship around and head for better horizons because the show has been bleeding fans since last season.
I feel like people blame Felicity to much and they say that she should be off the show I didn't like the way she was written the entire season but that doesn't mean the actress should be fired to make the show better because it wouldn't change anything the show wouldn't get better if she was off, she should just be written in a better way to make her not as prominent of a character in episodes

in the very first episode (or second) of Arrow Oliver shot an arrow into the safe (looked like it) of a criminal and it could hack the bank account and transfer the goods elsewhere. Oliver is able to do so, he doesn't need Felicity for everything.
i think its a good idea to thin the team, because we can focus more on like two characters rather than focus on six different characters and storylines at once, we need good storylines and i feel like a lot of them are too short
This show is a prime example of what happens when the DC movies started up. This show has suffered more than anything else. I was listening and reading about how the DC higher up have been tieing their hands for the last few seasons. I am hoping with the shuffle at DC and a new season to come, that the show will improve. This was not the worse season too. Also, while the flashbacks need work, we get russian mob next season... here is to hoping.

The biggest problem in this season is that the other CW shows use Arrow as their launchpad and it takes away from the Arrow story. The Sara bit took a good 3 episodes, then the Roy business and the Flash stuff. More like Legends of Tomorrow and Friends. Felicity was't in the back half of the season much (unfortunately IMO). I love her character and she's part of why I watch. We at LEAST finally got some Diggle storyline this season and FINALLY a tiny bit of Felicity backstory.
Well in terms of shows for the summer, animated shows are my preferred area of interest. You guys said you will eventually get to RWBY and its relatively short with each volume being roughly a movie's length so that's going to be fun (especially since Volume 4 is going to come sometime during the fall). However, I did see the request thread on the subreddit and saw Avatar the last air bender (and maybe by extension the Legend of Korra)... if that does happen...you guys will be in for a big, big treat. This will be an interesting summer for Blind Wave for sure.
QNA: Oliver is going to Russia in the flashbacks next season. His to do list: he needs to join the Bratva (S1), he needs to learn to fly a plane (S3), and grow a beard (S1), and go back to island. Would you rather see the flashbacks finish in S5 or would you like for it to be divided with S5 (Oliver in Russia) and S6 (Oliver back on Lian Yu)? I think if they did it this way, we wouldn't have to see flashbacks every episode and they can be more spaced out if they cover a years flashbacks between two seasons.

This season has been so poor. Even the green arrow actor Stephen Amell acknowledges it. He himself admits this season has been poor. But he did say that things will be different with season 4 saying that it will be more grounded similar to how The Arrow was in its prime. Still looking forward to next season but even more so for the Flash. This season for The Flash has been amazing. Cant wait to see how the whole flashpoint paradox storyline will pan out.

I'm a so called "olicity girl" because I love them as a couple, and I genuinely enjoyed and loved this finale. Want to clarify that not all of us want fluffy kissing scenes 24/7. We enjoy fight scenes just as much. Anything that has real meaning and is worth watching :)
I wished they hadn’t pushed aside Felicity’s disability had been further explored after the implant worked, it needed much more than 6 episodes. Felicity is still one of my favourite characters and I don’t give a fuck about the opinions of some of the vile fans of this show during the season. Honestly I do think the hacking was overused but at the same time I think we do need Felicity to create the even balance, but it has to be BALANCED.
This finale wasn't great but it wasn't terrible . My favorite season finale of any cw show and I personally think season 2 is the best season of any dc tv show , the season 2 arrow finale was epic . Wish arrow was still like the first two seasons .
I actually don't mind, tbh. Like, it's OBVIOUS the show is fucking awful now. But I've learned that it's not fun to watch videos where people list everything wrong with it. It just feels negative. Like there's some reactors who react negatively to everything they watch, and they don't even really pay attention to the video because they're pointing out all the flaws, and it gets tiring. With Blind Wave, they try their best to be optimistic while still giving a bit of criticism, and while Aron is defending it the best he can, it just means he doesn't want to be negative, because it dampens the mood
If Olicity/Felicity fans are the only ones enjoying/liking this season, it shows how much of a Green Arrow show this really is. They are the only fans being served, and us Green Arrow and OG Arrow fans are just sitting here waiting for the return of a once great show. The writers need to pick up their game.
If laurel lance doesn't come back this next season I bet a lot of people will stop watching arrow. Laurel was one of the main reasons why arrow was good back in seasons 1 and 2

Hacking 15 000 nuclear missiles and change their course in mid-air, only in a few minutes is just ridiculous. The hacking is not accurate at all in Arrow, but here, that was just too much.
hey guys great review! I'll start off by saying that I am a Felicity and Olicity fan but man am I sick of the show focusing on them. I totally get where people are coming from, because while its nice to have their relationship on the show I'm didn't watching this show for them, I want to watch the Green Arrow! I'm a huge fan of the comics, and while i always had a problem with the "Batman-Esq" tone of the show, i enjoyed it cause of the story-telling. they went completely overboard with the romance when it should have just remained subtle and in the background, no need for all the soap opera dramatics. while the finale and season as a whole left much to be desired (they really shot themselves in the foot with the grave scene in episode 1 and Laurel's death), the ending gave me hope for season 5. Maybe you're right and the producers will actually listen and go back to basics! a major problem in the last 2 seasons (Olicity aside) had to do with the fact that the Big Bad had no emotional pull for us the way Merlyn and Slade did. they both had connections to Oliver, and "valid", if not crazy, reasons to do what they did. Ra's and Damien were not as connected and it left something missing. I need someone to actually have a connecting story with Ollie next year. the feminist in me hopes its a woman lol, someone super crazy. but anyways, I'll stop with the novel, great review! first time watching your videos, i will subscribe for sure!
Rewatching some old reactions for fun. "They all die, the world just explodes" Well Eric your writing got put into the show in the Season 5 Finale, congratulations, sadly the world didn't explode but they used most of your idea and still had an explosion for you.
Anarchy stabbing the Mayor with the bloody arrow from his leg could have gave her AIDS And I now see Arrow that the creators can't produce scenes with multiple action happening example when the ghost walk in one at a time.
I have the feeling people give Arrow a harder time because of how good season 2 was. Sure season 4 was bad, but the beginning of the season was good, better then season 3 even. But people seem to forget the first half of this season. I still have the feeling that the first half of the season was written by other people then the second half of the season. It most definitely has some points that needs improving, but just go back to the groundwork and that's really it. Less focus on personal drama, more focus on villains and stuff
I think it's been difficult for arrow because of how many writers they have lost to the other shows namely the writers like Andrew Kreisberg left for the flash after season 2 of arrow. It's a problem that they have just not recruited the same quality of writer. They need to get back to how things were so less amount of heroes and focus more on green arrow because it's his show and he should be. The scene when he's talking to Darkh and kills him gives me hope that hopefully it goes back to how good season 1 and 2.
***Flash Point / Arrow / LOT / Supergirl prediction!*** I predict the 4 night crossover will happen either at the premiere week or the second week, third at the most. It will be centered around The Flash and what Barry did in the past. It WILL affect all of the other shows but only for 1 episode each. Then they can do crazy things like in flash point but obviously not for a whole or part of each season. This will open it up for Supergirl to come into the shows / Earth 1, incorporate JSA with LOT / bring back CPT Cold in each show and maybe change some of the miss haps with Arrow (Roy as speedy or red arrow or arsenal, a Black Cannery for Oliver to be with).

This finale wasn't great but it wasn't terrible . My favorite season finale of any cw show and I personally think season 2 is the best season of any dc tv show , the season 2 arrow finale was epic . Wish arrow was still like the first two seasons .

I actually don't mind, tbh. Like, it's OBVIOUS the show is fucking awful now. But I've learned that it's not fun to watch videos where people list everything wrong with it. It just feels negative. Like there's some reactors who react negatively to everything they watch, and they don't even really pay attention to the video because they're pointing out all the flaws, and it gets tiring. With Blind Wave, they try their best to be optimistic while still giving a bit of criticism, and while Aron is defending it the best he can, it just means he doesn't want to be negative, because it dampens the mood

If Olicity/Felicity fans are the only ones enjoying/liking this season, it shows how much of a Green Arrow show this really is. They are the only fans being served, and us Green Arrow and OG Arrow fans are just sitting here waiting for the return of a once great show. The writers need to pick up their game.
If laurel lance doesn't come back this next season I bet a lot of people will stop watching arrow. Laurel was one of the main reasons why arrow was good back in seasons 1 and 2

Q&A I have fixed all isses, Season 5 first half oliver vs anti hero, second half oliver + anti hero vS Big Bad - overall a more Green Arrow focused story with a bit of Felicity as much Diggle as you like, oliver training montages and more emotionlly driven flash backs that centre on olivers Development and NO ROCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i really enjoyed Arrow season 4, it did have some great moments and some bad but like you guys but I will be definitely sticking with this show. Its great to watch your reactions for this The Flash, Game of Thrones and others its been so much fun.

Hacking 15 000 nuclear missiles and change their course in mid-air, only in a few minutes is just ridiculous. The hacking is not accurate at all in Arrow, but here, that was just too much.

hey guys great review! I'll start off by saying that I am a Felicity and Olicity fan but man am I sick of the show focusing on them. I totally get where people are coming from, because while its nice to have their relationship on the show I'm didn't watching this show for them, I want to watch the Green Arrow! I'm a huge fan of the comics, and while i always had a problem with the "Batman-Esq" tone of the show, i enjoyed it cause of the story-telling. they went completely overboard with the romance when it should have just remained subtle and in the background, no need for all the soap opera dramatics. while the finale and season as a whole left much to be desired (they really shot themselves in the foot with the grave scene in episode 1 and Laurel's death), the ending gave me hope for season 5. Maybe you're right and the producers will actually listen and go back to basics! a major problem in the last 2 seasons (Olicity aside) had to do with the fact that the Big Bad had no emotional pull for us the way Merlyn and Slade did. they both had connections to Oliver, and "valid", if not crazy, reasons to do what they did. Ra's and Damien were not as connected and it left something missing. I need someone to actually have a connecting story with Ollie next year. the feminist in me hopes its a woman lol, someone super crazy. but anyways, I'll stop with the novel, great review! first time watching your videos, i will subscribe for sure!

I have the feeling people give Arrow a harder time because of how good season 2 was. Sure season 4 was bad, but the beginning of the season was good, better then season 3 even. But people seem to forget the first half of this season. I still have the feeling that the first half of the season was written by other people then the second half of the season. It most definitely has some points that needs improving, but just go back to the groundwork and that's really it. Less focus on personal drama, more focus on villains and stuff

I think it's been difficult for arrow because of how many writers they have lost to the other shows namely the writers like Andrew Kreisberg left for the flash after season 2 of arrow. It's a problem that they have just not recruited the same quality of writer. They need to get back to how things were so less amount of heroes and focus more on green arrow because it's his show and he should be. The scene when he's talking to Darkh and kills him gives me hope that hopefully it goes back to how good season 1 and 2.
Lucifer is a pretty hilarious show that you guys should definitely check out.

***Flash Point / Arrow / LOT / Supergirl prediction!***
I predict the 4 night crossover will happen either at the premiere week or the second week, third at the most. It will be centered around The Flash and what Barry did in the past. It WILL affect all of the other shows but only for 1 episode each. Then they can do crazy things like in flash point but obviously not for a whole or part of each season. This will open it up for Supergirl to come into the shows / Earth 1, incorporate JSA with LOT / bring back CPT Cold in each show and maybe change some of the miss haps with Arrow (Roy as speedy or red arrow or arsenal, a Black Cannery for Oliver to be with).
