I started following your channel not so long ago, but I've already noticed that you get genuine pleasure from your work. It's really interesting to watch. Thank you, and I wish you every success.
I just bought the game on a sale I couldn't resist... Judging by the music alone, I won't have a bad time playing it at all hehehe... Cheers Dan! Great rendition.
@@danbluedeer I can only agree with that! I still get instant goosebumps whenever I hear "The Fields of Ard Skellig" or "Kaer Morhen" . And it's always a pleasure to listen to one of your arrangements!
Just stumbled upon this channel. And what a treasure trove it is. You're a modern day bard, sire. I have trouble playing a 6 string and here you are with a few dozens. Hats off.
I don't believe I have heard that before, but, I still found it quite enjoyable! It's always a pleasure to see a notification pop up for one of your videos!
Is this a smile of satisfaction and joy from knowing that you can play it so well and you do play it so well/it sounds beautiful? I like to think that it is. That it is what you get at the stage of mastery at practising your craft for years or tens of years. I wish to achieve this level of joy/happinese from doing my craft in the future.
Honestly you don't know how excited I got when I saw Witcher music in the title!!! And you exceeded my expectations, you truly brought out the beautiful in this song!!
Believe me when I say this, I have heard various versions of this song and other songs too . But particularly this song by Dan is even better than the Original in game version. Great work sir Dan! Keep it up good sir. Please do play the Witcher 3 if possible Extraordinary game with a brilliant story. 🙏
@@danbluedeer No, Thank you for making our TH-cam recommendations Gold with your music. Keep up the good work. Looking forward for more songs particularly from *the Witcher* .
Hi Dan. Beautiful! I am currently learning Baroque Lute and was wondering if you have made any tab transcription for this that you would be willing to sell?
Helo Daniel! I've been a longtime lover of your music, and was wondering if you still have the tablature for this song? I would love to play this song on my lute! I hope to hear back from you, thank you so much!
Thanks! --sorry - I sketch these pieces very quickly using notation that is illegible to anyone else. Someday I might enter some of these into a computer program....
Thanks! - sorry -you may have to tab it out yourself, which is a good exercise to do my tab was only meant for me to decipher and I doubt the baroque notation would do much good
I have some question for you Daniel i want to buy a lute but i dont know what can i play with 7 course. I would like to play some arrangment like you but i dont know if a 7 course lute would do the job.
I played a 7-course for several years before having a luthier make an 8-course. There's a ton on pieces you can play with a 7c (also a 6-course) good luck to you!
@@danbluedeerhow many cours this luth have? What open tuning use you here ? I want to play on this type of luth, i am guitarist and i want to go on this sound more deep. Thanks
So would you say this was a difficult song to play? It looks incredibly difficult, just by watching your hands move to play the notes. But i wonder if it's actually simple for someone as talented as you.
Magnificent! The lute has a warm place in my heart :)
Isac - Glad to hear that! I've been impressed by your work for some time...keep at it

Thanks rabendranath - it must be quite entertaining...I've only seen clips on TH-cam
Have fun with it, the moral dilemmas in the game are super interesting
this game will remain in you heart for long long time, believe me...
Oh you are in for one of not the best video games of all time. What I wouldn't give to experience it again fresh. Have fun in your journey, warrior.
I've been searching for this particular piece and happened to stumble upon your version, you play so beautifully

Perfect.
thank you!
Being an old guy, I was unfamiliar with the Witcher series. But, I love this piece, and I love your presentation and performance. Bravo.
I'm with you there... thanks!
The Witcher 3 was really one of a kind of its music and scenery. The melancholy of Velen, the vastness of Skellige.
some great tunes to work with....

Wow, excellent. Your Witcher tracks are always superb. Thought much about playing it? It’s an incredible game; maybe the best.
Thanks! I've thought about it, but I don't need another addiction at this point- music's enough
@@danbluedeer Very understandable.
Could you do Toss a Coin to Your Witcher?
I'll take a look...
In a way, the song reminds me of Jethro Tull's Aqualung. It would be interesting if you did an adaptation of Aqualung, it would sound great.
I've looked at it before...maybe I'll revisit - (I wore out the LP, but I have the CD)
