Too hard on the title. Let go of the superman you are familiar with, try to forget everything you know about him, and accept this for what it is. It will be better for it
It's hard to say if Absolute is or isn't the Superman you're familiar with when he's only shown up in one issue so far, and his cape did most of the work.
Officially off my pull list. I can’t imagine absolute Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman in the same room. This is going to take years to get anywhere.
