    This video is a full workout with Kettlebell exercises to do at home. Warmup and Stretch also included. Great for beginners or experienced exercisers. Hi! I'm Marion Brand, Personal Trainer and Functional Aging Specialist. In this workout I use a single Kettlebell. These are basic exercises that can also be swapped out using a dumbbell.

    This is a 20 minute Superset Workout using the Kettlebell - 30 seconds work / 10 seconds rest. I'm using a 20 - 25 lb kettlebell (start with 10 - 15 lbs if you're new to fitness, and work to a heavier kettlebell as you progress)

    Well-rounded exercise video with warm-up exercises, kettlebell moves and cool down stretches all in one. Appreciate the inclusion of side views for posture check.

    Hoping this will be a good introduction to kettlebells for me. I have been advised to strengthen and condition now I’m late 50s. 🙏🏻😃

      Yes! Strength training is important, it also helps strengthen your bones. This kettlebell video has basic exercises and is a great start. 😊

    How much weight for the kettlebell would you recommend starting with if just beginning?

      I would start with a 15 lb kettlebell. But everyone is different. This weight is great for the swings, rows and goblet squats.
