    What is chest blend a mix of? Chest and what? And same question for head blend? Genuinely not clear on this. Hope you are able to provide an answer. Thanks!

    • @Victoria-Victorious
      @Victoria-Victorious  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Mix or blend = chest + head (TA and CT muscles working together). We are always singing in some kind of a blend. See my playlist on Mixed Voice.

    Ok this might sound really strange but when I was doing this my natrual speaking voice wasn’t chest bland it was head bland, is this uncommon?

    • @Victoria-Victorious
      @Victoria-Victorious  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Is that the way you normally talk? If so, then that’s unique to you. If not, then you probably changed your habitual speaking pitch during the exercise.

    • @Karmic16
      @Karmic16 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah I guess that’s the way I natrual speak cause I questioned that myself too, and so I took a ten minute break and went to speak to my mom, I then redid the excercise and that was my natrual speaking placement.

  • @blabla7652
    @blabla7652 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Is it normal when I sing head blend that is sounds quite a bit nasal?

    • @Victoria-Victorious
      @Victoria-Victorious  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Not unless you want it to be! See my videos on nasality.

    I'm a bit confused, does that mean there isn't just one type of mixed voice?

    • @Victoria-Victorious
      @Victoria-Victorious  ปีที่แล้ว +9

      It's the terminology that confuses people. There is chest dominant mix and head dominant mix.

      It all depends on what kind of sound you want and what style you are singing. See my full playlist on Mixed Voice.
