If your wheel bearing is really bad you should just be able to pull the whole tire assembly off in one go

It helps to measure the outer tie rod before removing to get the jam nut in roughly the same location, otherwise you might not be able to make it to the alignment shop

No measuring needed for the outer tie rod, Just count how many turns it takes before it comes off & use the same amount of turns to install.

Great video as always. I had a 1990 Accord that one day I was parking and when I turned the wheels, I lost the control over the steering, and I couldn't turn one of the wheels. That was super dangerous, and am glad that happened when I was parallel parking, good thing it didn't happened in the highway. My mechanic fix it, but I can't recall what was it. What could it be? A tie rod? How can I never felt play in the steering? Thanks.

So that little bearing that was push forward on the old part of the inner rod was a bad sign right ? It’s not suppose to have that type of room

I got into an accident on the freeway where I slammed down on my breaks and collided with someone and now my steering wheel is extremely loose. Any ideas what it could be specifically? I’d appreciate the help!

Hi I've been watching your videos and a subscriber too. Just a question what will be the cause why I am hearing clunking or sounds like scretching noise everytime i step on the brakes slowly. But continously running i do not hear any noise. What will be the possible cause. Hoping to hear from you soon. Tnx

Would you recommend using a starter fertilizer separately after seeding or using a mixture of fertilizer Starter mixed with grass seeds that they sell in a bag.

I would definitely not use any gasoline that has been sitting in a can for over a year, even you did use Stabil. You are just asking for trouble!

I've also found that the steering midshaft joint can wear and cause play in the wheel.

My wheel bearings have no play and had the dealer replace both outer tie rods, both upper and lower ball joints and the drag line on my F250. But there is way too much play in the steering wheel. Help!
