I am so over people telling me to "declutter", throw everything away in a world of overflowing land fills and shortages so nothing can be replaced after you part with it. Here is one that works best at nite I think my Aunt told me it. And it's too keep as many of the lights off you can making the rooms dark. 😆 Thus the guest are unable to see how dirty your house really is. Love your channel BTW. You're a joy. God bless you and yours.

My parents n then my own family always did a 20 minute or so clean up every night. My mom wood give us a 10 minute warning n then we wood ALL get up n clean till mom said we could stop. It really kept the house under control. I did OT with my 2 kids n 4foster kids it was great.
Very familiar with dish jenga. Thankfully we have a dishwasher now and it feels so luxurious. I never thought I would feel that way about doing the dishes.

My sister in law came over one day and saw my bedroom and said it looked like a designer room LOL I literally have no headboard and all the furniture came from Walmart. The surfaces were dusty but clear of clutter so to her it looked "done up" but really it was just a made bed and decorative hiding places for crap.
To be fair my living room is clean lmao okay kind of. Lol I love that your husband does the videos with you. He’s such a good sport. Totes are my favorite for pretty much everything lol but that’s a smart idea for clothes that aren’t really dirty! Where’s the baby gate from?😍😍 I’m mad my mantle is the dump place. I love the timer idea! So smart on the surfaces! I’m going to do it. Dish Jenga... noooooo lol My kids are always breaking the shoe racks. It’s upsetting.😭😭😭 like why? That one looks perfect for by my front door! What’s the link? I don’t kick my dogs food stuff but my kids play in it so that’s another annoying mess I deal with lol Thanks for all the tips! Just laughed out loud! My husband sets up draining board jenga every evening for me in the morning (he washes evening, I put away next morning) I don't think changing the rack size would make any difference in this household!

I had an epiphany. The reason my living room always looks cluttered no matter how much I straighten? We have no place to put handy-dandy little cube organizers that hide away clutter. I'm gonna have to figure out a way to hidey-hole all the DVDs and such, or I'll never be able to stop fixating on re-tidying in there.
One thing I discovered in my college dorm was if I made my bed, my room looked WAY cleaner! So I ALWAYS shake out my blankets and toss them over the bed! Even though I could close the bedroom door...
