We have a 2021 Travato 59KL that we purchased new. It does have TONS of storage under the longer bed on the passenger side. You have to lift up the slats, Matt. Super easy. The bathroom is fabulous. Lots of storage, The seats do adjust and are quite comfy once you figure them out. The interior lights are wonderful. There are little reading lights over each bed..Gas mileage is 20 22 mpg. The water hasn't been a problem. You fill the tanks and close the door. The lithium system works very well, however it is a pricey add-on. My husband and I have enjoyed this RV very much. It is small but every inch has been put to good use. It's solidly built and pretty perfect for the two of us and our French bulldog. Thanks for the video, Matt and Andrea.
@@Bucksandkids We have a 2023 Thor Sequence and we get 15-16mpg. It's basically the same as our Jeep JKU with mud terrains, armored bumper etc. If you can get 20-22 mpg out of one of these I need to know this secret!
I know you have a lot of RV's to get familiar with, however, you did say this is the #1 selling class B rv. You discussed how little storage there was with out discovering the largest storage area in the van which is under the passenger side bed.
I always remember the models 59G = good (i like the layout (the floorplan image you showed)) and 59K as krapper because the wetbath is in the back, like this model.
Lots of comments about the price. Some just totally ridiculous and obviously clueless about the B Class (40-60K? LOL) We have a 2023 Travato GL wilh the full Volta battery pack. Awesome. Can't tell you how many folks come to ask about it, thinking it will be cheap. Worth every penny of the 159K we paid. The GL is not for taller, or bigger folks, ahem Matt, but suits us perfectly. We put well over 20,000 miles on it in a bit over a year. The fridge in the GL is huge. We always get a nice parking spot, like at the very closest spot to Mt Rushmore for instance. It easily made it up Pikes Peak also. Most folks we meet wish they had one! And the reliability has been absolutely first class! Yeah, I wish I could afford a Citation X jet, but I don't slam it because it's out of my reach. And yes, I could in fact fly it.

One of your dislikes was the storage. You mentioned no storage under the passenger side bed. There is a ton of storage under that bed! You missed that one bad! We own a 59K and the storage under the bed is the reason we bought the travato over the coachmen was because of all the storage under the bed! Please do your homework before making these videos! I love you all and love the RV reviews but your lack of knowledge on these reviews are causing you to lose credibility. Just my opinion :)

Matt at many times I think my Navion is too big for me solo days now but I love all the storage..hate to give that up. And it paid for ..lol…the price shocks me.
The price is absolutely ridiculous for what you get. Imagine how many nights in luxury hotels or vacation rentals you could get for that amount of money.

I like Winniebago’s but I’m in the market for a 2019 59 GL because it’s my favorite floor plan. This one is nice but I don’t like the placement of the shower, the lack of storage and the bed.
I thought the plumbing in these was an accident waiting to happen. I was also told that the connection between the transmission and motor breaks. One customer had 3 replaced in 60000 miles. It was also my understanding that the cabinets were made from vinel wrapped particle board or MDF and the Coleman are conditioner are problematic not to mention the 12v refrigerator.
I looked at one of those around 2018. They were selling them for $87,000 new at that time. I was going to buy it until I looked underneath and saw that the generator was ONLY about 5" from the ground, a disaster waiting to happen. The lithium version was no better with a terrible ground clearance. One rock and there goes your $20,000 worth of batteries.
It's a nice rig but the big manufacturers should look at private build guys floorplans..They are seriously way better at managing the small space in a pleasing way.
My parents have owned 3 truck campers, 2 fifth wheels, 5 air stream, 3 casita’s, 1 class B. So nothing impresses me but can can learn to live with a lot
I have owned my 2022 59K going on 3 years I love my van. I can park it anywhere I go to my niece's house I park it outside I hook up my water in my electric I have my own house wherever I go all of you naysayers on this about going to hotels well that's just great but guess what whenever you go anywhere you can take your van plus my dog always has his house no matter where he goes. Next year I'm planning a huge trip to the east coast there's no way I would have ever taken are 34 ft motorhome with our tow vehicle back east My van is going to be fabulous

I believe they changed it last year. The connections used to be on the drivers side. Moved it inside so it is kept warm if you go camping where it's cold.
Could be the first time that Matt approved the toilet in a B van. My only complaint, already mentioned, is the access to the Nautilus water hookup panel.

They are a faux leather that is exceptionally soft to the touch. Actually feel better than leather. No cracking on ours or any sign of such after 1 3/4 years. Wish I had it in all of my cars actually!
Your bias against class Bs shows. You never seem to do your research before showing one. Fumble and bumble your way through it like you would rather be getting a root canal. The Travato comes in the K, KL or G, GL.
It looks to me like the front seats turn around, so maybe that counter extension is also a table for that. But, it nowhere near resembles “commercial” or stealth. It’s not even white. Winnebago is as synonymous with camping as Coleman is. 😂 I have a 20 year old built out cabin style 15 passenger conversion I got last summer for $4700. Part of what van life should be about is affordability. If I was spending that kind of money I’d just get a small RV.

I have nothing against B vans, but I’d like to see a B+ which would be a little bit bigger. I’m also not a fan of the armoire in the bathroom. I think if they put a jackknife sofa on one side they could put a closet and a pantry opposite it and make the bathroom bigger.
Most folks in a Class B use the shower at a campground. The shower is more than fine for the occasional use. These are touring vehicles, not bring your house with you vehicles.
I have a Thor Class B Van, for 90k... with pop top and twin bed floor plan with 25 gallon fresh water. So far, I'm not impressed with this model at all. Cool setup for couple driving and all but the RV Industry pricing is seeing no slowing down.
It's a B van. It's not a mortgage payment. If you're spending 150 two $100,000 on a B van, just go get a class C. It's the same price. B vans are popular because they're cheap. You don't have to spend $100,000. I'm building 1 now and I'm not spending more than 50k tops. More like 40k Which is completely. reasonable. Beevans are not meant to be this expensive.

You can get a midwest industries patriot md4 2 years used 125k or a brand new heritage model with lithium 155k and both much nicer on a diesel MERCEDES-BENZ. These people are insane tonoffer a ram for nearly 200k

My brother came up with the idea to run a short hose out the side he had a collision body place put the hole and adapter in the side of the van.
Its to keep all the waterlines on the inside of the coach for four season camping.
