If you are just interested in fitness then i don't see a point spending more than 5k as there are plenty of watches out there which does pretty much everything amaze fit does
@@Anandbrose Those 5K watches are not very accurate compared to T Rex 2. Don't compare those toddlers with T Rex 2. Also, battery life matters. GPS is also great at that price.

I was drawn to Amazfit for its looks, but the deal breaker for me is the fact that it doesn't support call facilities. I don't think it allows the user to reply to WhatsApp notifications as well. BOTH, are serious handicaps. And I feel so sorry that ONLY these two features would've made me buy this, even at a more premium price of, say, 20k. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I bought t rex 2 as an upgrade from my galaxy watch 2 and i was very disappointed with the software experience. Samsung's os is so great and alive. Amazefit os seems like the cheap fitness band from mi which i bought years ago. It doesn't turn off the aod automatically if i remove the watch from the wrist.doesnt even show emojis in what's app messages. And the watch faces and AODs are very limited compared to Samsung.i couldn't find a single vibrant looking Always on display to ky taste.It justs does the fitness tracking accurately.
They are basically 2 different kinds. I hate when people say trex and others as a smart watch. It is a fitness tracker it is good if you are an hiking or extreme fitness person. But Samsung true smartwatch, the video shows nothing about wear os features. There are some amazing apps out there. Not only you can see images recieved in WhatsApp you can even open links with in the watch. There are bunch of third party health trackers apps are there. for normal office or college going person wearos will find it more useful. Battery is not that bad it is still better than Apple watch i get 2full days and 1 night with it, if i charge 30mins every day i can use it for a week
It's a WATCH not your CELL PHONE. It should stay this way because its stupid to think that we will use WhatsApp and other Apps on watch other than mobile. Also, one thing always matters: its battery, so Samsum is a loser in that area.
Watch 4 has so many good features, i can just pay things with my watch, i travel by tube in london it is big deal for me,i didn't say i use WhatsApp in watch i say notifications are much more rich in wear os
Do you know how to upload GPX maps to your watch? Even when they are thrown on the phone, ZEPP does not search for them, if I use other programs such as total commander, which offers other applications to open the GPX file, ZEPP is not there.
Upload GPX to the phone. Find file with some file menager. Open file with ZEPP. Save with ZEPP (right on the top - red font). Pres 3 docs (right on the top of ZEPP), press "Send to device".
I just sent my samsung watch back after 2 days... BATTERY life is terrible.. I bought a GTR 4 and waiting on my T-Rex 2... I got my GTR 4 Saturday ... Today is Tuesday.. my GTR 4 still has 85% Battery.. and can do everything the Samsung can.. The Samsung lost over 50% battery on day 1.. with Battery saver mode on and heart monitoring off..
Basically - some comments here don't know what is a SMART watch and a FITNES watch. Maybe not that not smart to notice. WEAR OS annihilates this toy TREX watch..
How much were you paid by amazfit to make this video? Cuz you didn't mention a single word about wear os 😂😂 galaxy watch is a smart watch whereas amazfit isn't. It's just a smart band that's it.. There's a heaven and earth difference in the amount of features.

T Rex 2 is a great smartwatch for fitness lovers. It tracks a lot of vitals more accurately. Battery and GPS is a bonus.

i think casio already made Protrek Smart watch.. however the battery not very good as samsung watch or other smart watch...
