Homemade brushless dc motor | diy bldc motor

- I make brushless dc motor from 220 volts ac 1hp induction motor .
First remove stator winding , tool on rotor to decrease diameter for size to fix the magnets .
Then make new winding for brushless motor for 24 slots winding pattern is ABC (ABC×8=24).
Fix neodymium magnets with epoxy resin on rotor . rotor is 16 poles , i use 2 magnets for 1 pole , total 32 magnets .
Motor will operate at 48 volts.
Brushless motor can use in ebike , electric vehicles etc - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี

Have you considered angling the magnets on the rotor? I wonder how it would affect the motor. I have zero clue is why I asked. Would it help or hurt this bldc? I guess hurt, but i honestly do not know and have no insight.
if stator slot will be an angle then magnet will be the same angle.
otherwise rotor rotation will be effected by stator magnetized by controller.

The spaces between magnets on the rotor are they not affecting the rotation of the motor speed
but effect on power

first read about batteries , bldc motor and esc then u can understand
diff type of battery has different discharge current capacity
like if use lipo it is 35c 2000mah it can dilever current( 2amp×35c)=70amp current but battery will end capacity 35time quickly
lead acid batteries has 5c discharge rate
i use lifepo4 cell 30c discharge capacity
and capacity is 2.5amp
