The flamethrower is more terrifying than a shotgun but it was all political, Germany was under scrutiny, nobody really knew how to break the stalemate of trench warfare. the U.S. entered the war late and provided fresh troops in droves when every European country fighting had exhausted veterans, The U.S. brought a lot of shotguns and would use them to clear the trenches so Germany tried to talk up the effectiveness of the shotgun as better than the flamethrower to offset the condemnation of the flamethrowers use but in the beginning while this debate was happening the Americans were using paper wads in the rain and muddy trenches, they were unreliable in those conditions, they later used waxed paper but by then the war was almost over.
First correction- the Slam fire feature wasn't a modification. The modifications preventing slam fire features in shotguns wasn't available UNTILL the NFA was signed into law.
Thank you for the update, The Infographics Show..!! This episode reminds me of a video game called Battlefield 1. Before I played that game, I always believed that people in World War 1 only used bolt action rifles and giant machine guns.
Shotguns were model 1887 in ww1. 1987 hadn't happened yet. However in 1991 terminator 2 was released at thats the shotgun made famous for the single hand flip cocking.
The most accurate chemical explosive detectors have a cartridge containing live trained Bees... Yep. Gotta swap cartridges out with a fresh one from the factory, full of new trained live bees every so often, or it doesn't work. 😅
Hate to be the uuummm achtually guy here, but microwaves are not "high frequency." Maybe compared to radiowaves, but visible light has orders of magnitude higher frequency than microwaves. Sunscreen blocks microwaves like a tank would block a gentle breeze...like, yeah sure...but do you really need a tank for that.
It's really weird when war have rules when u gonna end up dying anyway. these higher officials are making the soldiers ideally as puppets for real now.
I saw on demolition ranch i believe a glove gun that you could punch and it shot unfortunately it was only one shot and you wouldnhave to be crazy close it was a crazy weapon
Because it's connected to the story if it's all related to each other they make compilations of the se subject so you will see repeats because it's all related
My buddy field tested the HULC. The biggest complaint his guys had was multiple broken ankles because the system restricted movement to that joint.
That's a pretty big complaint I'd say lol
I have to agree, pretty massive drawback there!
Is that a nice way of saying the suit overloaded the guys bones/joints?
