I know some people complain too much about the cell phone obsession of today but I will say I am glad I was a teenager in the 90s when kids just hung out and went to the mall for fun without everyone being on a phone lol. The 90s were special for sure good times!

I remember brown tinted lipstick being popular in the 90's. Also Estee Lauder's Beautiful perfume was advertised in magazines as your wedding perfume.
I still wear Estee Lauder Pleasures almost daily. I picked it out as my signature scent back in 1996.
I was 9 in 1990 and 18 in 1999. My favorite '90s products were Calgon's body mist in Morning Glory, Wet'n'Wild nail polish, Suave Balsam and Protein shampoo, VO5 hot oil, and Pears Soap.
I still use VO5 hot oil!
Morning glory was my absolute favorite! So clean and long lasting

I miss the 90s so much! That was my era - all about the flannel, smoking, grunge and wearing CK One! Now I am almost 50, but the 90s are back somewhat so I can wear my Doc Martins and sport my plaid flannel again. Ha ha ha ...

I remember Pantene shampoo smell in the 90s!!
I was 10 in 1990 so I remember or used all of these! The St.Ives apricot scrub was like a sandblaster straight to the face for sure 😂 The Gap perfumes were SO good, my fav was Grass. They also had a line of stainless steel cups, soap holders etc about that time and I still have the cup. Anyone remember if the Sun Moon Stars perfume by Lagerfeld was the 90's? Great perfume!

I’m my office we are all ladies of a certain age and we were all giggling about apri facial scrub the other day 😂 it really was a sandblaster but I loved it! My skin always felt so good.
I still use St. Ives Apricot Scrub. It's formulated better and I'm in my early 40s . Works for me after cleansing 😌 🧼 (Natalie 🌸)
I remember using the herbal essences shampoos - even in Germany this was a big thing. I still use " Tommy Girl " today. Of course I plucked my eyebrows to a very thin line an had Jennifer Anistons haircut.
I did same even had the haircut 😊
I used Herbal Essence shampoo in the early 70’s. It was one of the first decent shampoos at the time.

Clinique Happy and Davidoff Cool Water are the scents of middle and highschool for me.
1990s was a time to be alive. Good decade for music and movies ect!
Plaid EVERYWHERE. Though it seems to be making a comeback. I remember wearing denim overalls a lot with a pair of combat boots.
Favorite perfumes of the 90s: Guerlain's Samsara, VS Rapture ( which I still have in it's original formula), EL Pleasures, Benetton's Tribu, Dior's Tendre Poison (oh, how I wish they would bring that one back!), Liz Claiborne's Realities ( the first one in the cubed bottle), Elizabeth Arden's Red Door and Green Tea scent spray, Givenchy's Amarige, Sung by Alfred Sung (I still wear that one today)...the list goes on!

I still have a bottle of Red Door til this day. I also still love the Green Tea scent spray and Arden Beauty perfume.

Cover girl pressed powder compacts for sure!! I was in middle school in the late 90s
I was a teen in the 90s and remember all of these products, as well as used them. Malibu musk, Vidal Sassoon, Salon Selectives, Pantene, body glitter, monogram purses, Polo Sport purses. I still use Bonne Bell lip smackers and have a Caboodle. My eyebrows have never recovered from the over plucking lol

I have very thick eye brows and plucking them took forever and used waxing like once a month. It got expensive so bought waxing supplies and started doing at home. My mother in law taught me and my daughter how to wax eyebrows, dye ur own hair, do ur own nails. Thanks to her we saved a ton of money
Everyone in my highschool used salon selectives hairspray and our locker room smelled like candy apples!

I remember all these products. I used St. Ive's facial scrub every day before school and always had a tube of Strawberry Lipsmackers on me. So nostalgic 🥰
I actually purchased a large pack of assorted lip smackers recently due to pure nostalgia. The Strawberry 🍓 one was always my favorite; but, I was saddened to find they definitely changed the formula since back in the day. They aren't nearly as great as they used to be 🥺

@@rubysparkles3194 Yes, it is quite disappointing. The scents used to be SO strong, in a good way. Now, the scents are very faint by comparison and they don't even moisturize the lips for longer than ten minutes. They messed up a once good thing, unfortunately.
I can sum up the 90s with two scents. CK1 and Cucumber Melon.

I loved my hard candy nail polish , and my pastel fuzzy sweaters, floral silk dresses, along with a pixi cut!💜 I almost forgot my Eternity perfume and Jane makeup.

Thanks for uploading this I was in high school during the 90s and remeber all the products I still use some of them ❤ I use noxzema bath and body works sun ripened raspberry and Tommy girl perfume. I learned my lesson with sun in my light brown hair turned orange .I miss the 90s so much 😌

I bought a vintage bottle of Vanilla Fields on Etsy, it was great! Even the bottle itself was pretty...😢that frosted etched hummingbird and flowers...and I will keep buying the vintage stuff till it's all gone. Why must ruin even the simplest things?
I remember the body shop fragrances especially dewberry, the clinique 3 step skincare and foundation products also were popular.
I loved Dewberry so much that my friend wrote a song for me about it on piano 💜

I remember the shampoo Outrages by Revlon. It had the best scent that stayed in your hair all day.
I still use homemade facial masks and scrubs that were suggested in Seventeen Magazine in the mid-1990s. They work great!

Ah memories. I loved the blue nail polish and everything glitter. I was crushed when I found out I was allergic to Neutrogena oil free acne wash. It was supposed to be great stuff but obviously not for me.

Australia was a little different. We had Australis, Poppy lipsticks and Shiseido was huge! Revlon was still going strong.

I was obsessed with Jane makup, the spray lotions (there was an apple one my friends and i werw obsessed with). As well as the traditional Bath & Body works cucumber melon, plumeria and moonlight path (even though it smelled like old lady 😂). We were obsessed with Tommy Girl perfume, Vanilla Fields and the ones like Grass from Gap. We all used Noxzema. We were sooo into the little butterful clips, chokers and fun nail polish colors. We used a lot of the bath and body works like that had glitter in it. Glitter roll on stuff was huge. When i was around 14-15 i was obsessed with 90210 and loved the character Donna. I wore red lipstick, did my hair like her. Wore the doc martins, knee high socks, skirts... the hats. The 70s style came in for a bit when i was in hs and especially with shows like Blossom. We were also obsessed with Clueless. When movies liie American Pie, Scream, I know what you did last summer styles changed. What a fun time to be alive! If only our kids could grow up like we did. Unfortunately theyre stuck worrying about things liie are they going to be drafted for war....
I remember the original Herbal Essence Shampoo. It was dark green in colour loved that. I also remember Fabroshay shampoo popular I told two friends and they told two friends and so on…but maybe that was 80’s along with that shampoo with beer called On Tap. I am going way back….I recently bought Loves Baby soft. I thought the movies were great with Titanic being my favourite!

I was in elementary & middle school in the 90’s, but I’m glad I never got into the thin eyebrow & tanning trend that also went into the early 2000’s. I have very pale skin, so I would have been very orange lol

I was a teenager in the 90s and I remember totally ruining my hair with sun in bleaching spray you had to apply major heat to actually see any results, but I swear I thought I was the shit 😂😂

I still use Clinique Black Honey and Lip Smackers. And Noxema during hot humid weather. I definitely retired the apricot scrub though.

Baby soft was my very first perfume…I remember opening a gift set when I was 9 for Christmas lol

I used most of the products you mentioned at some point in the 90’s. I don’t remember using Luvs Baby Soft in the 90’s; definitely in the 80’s though. Dep was popular in the 80’s too. Big permed hair was out and silkier straight hair was in but with volume at the roots. I lived in Velcro rollers and root volumizer. Victoria Secret body lotion and sprays were very popular and kind of a day time scent rather than perfume. That apricot scrub definitely took me back. I used it almost daily.

I was born in 1993 so even though I was a literal child during the 90s I love anything from that time, the movies were classic and the style was fun and not so serious. I remember using the apricot scrub and Dickinsons witch hazel. I would never use the apricot scrub today but it was fun seeing things from that time like the lip smackers were so fun and I remember the lifted sandels were so cute and the butterfly clips! So fun

I well remember the Apricot scrub. I always had it in my routine in the 80s and 90s. I did tweeze my brows a little more in the 90s but not too much. My brows are still pretty thick cuz I didn't over tweeze. I got the Winona pixie cut more than once👍🏻

I loved Urban Decays nail polish in Toad. The Neutrogena bar was lame. It made my skin burn. I had Loves Baby Soft but it was made famous in the 70s. My favorite fragrance was Navy. I also loved Colors and Electric Youth. I also loved Vanilla soft musk by Avon. Teen Spirit deodorant was crap lol it didn't work. CK One was vomit. It smelled like death. I didn't have a Caboodle but my mom did. She had a huge one we called a Bahama Caboodle 😂😂😂 My fave hair product was Aussie spray.

Ha! The 90’s were definitely my least favorite decade for fashion and beauty. So glad I never over tweezed my eyebrows. Some of my friends never recovered!

I feel like modern girls getting highlights have it easy; now they do it the same simple way that foils/ streaks are done - they don't know the pain of what we had to go through in the 90's to have 'real' highlights done- having a rubber cap with tons of tiny holes, put over your head, & then the stylist used a tool that looked suspiciously like a crochet hook to *very **_painfully_* tease out a couple of strands of hair- from **each** hole in the cap...
OMG- I can smell my aunt's Reef tanning oil, looking at that picture! God knows she never needed it, living in Queensland- but...
