Glitchless Speedrun of Fallout 4 (Heavy Commentary)...
Wanted to have a change of pace for how I presented this new world record, seeing as doing heavy commentary in my usual format for this run would be almost two hours long. The run itself was pretty decent, not perfect and definitely improvable. Not too sure I want to grind this category though, will probably only improve upon this run if new strats are found or my run is contested.

Gotta be honest, you got me good with the tenpines bluff questline, i genually belived that by giving them 2 bullets they would fight the raiders by themselves, LOL

I love the deadpan jokes. "Big guns skillcheck" and "give them a couple rounds of ammo" were the best.

Mad respect, I wasn't even able to complete the game at a normal pace without encountering glitches.

pretty sure i stretches during that part since it’s downtime, my heart rate skyrockets whenever i stretch

I really love heavy commentary speedruns, and you're among the best out there in my opinion. This was a great video, and if it's easier to do your commentary this way I'm all for it, but personally I prefer seeing the full run. Either way, you make a commentary and I'll happily watch it!
If every speedrunner did explanations like this detailing why and how skips are done the speedrunning community would be so much better for it. This is a fantastic video, thank you.
You should do a glitch less speedrun of fallout 76 since it has no glitches and just works

Yes! Definitely keep this as a format - not only did you keep it extremely informative (via plot) but your jokes had me going.

I was here live for this! I'm so hype you made this cause I know the any% route but I wasn't sure of everything you were doing in this run so the explanation really helps but I also really like that you posted the unedited version so I can follow along when I'm learning to play the run myself

I wouldn't consider the quick save/load to avoid fall damage in FO3/NV a Glitch, I would consider it an Exploit.
In my book a Glitch is breaking the mechanics of the game and an Exploit is using existing mechanics in unintended ways.
Well we can call it the ssme shit, or the same poop.
I loved the video. The humour was perfect and spaced well, the editing was smooth and unobtrusive, and everything in the run was explain incredibly well. I'd love to catch one of your streams sometime... You definitely have a new follower!

Daved Thompson The way FriendlyBaron does it, he only shows the missions and moving from one mission to another, not including sidequests or anything, and speeding up the gameplay for either speedrun or casual to keep them in roughly the same areas to make it easier to compare.
This format works really well dude, always glad to see your vids pop up on my recommended.
I did really enjoy how you presented this run, spliting it down into interesting parts, but conversely I wouldn't mind a longer video as I've been using your comentated speedruns as a sort of background noise to tune out of everything else and focus, so far I've really loved your runs and I love your tone of voice the whole way through. Thank you for making these amazing videos and keep on getting better!

As someone who doesn't really have the time to watch full streams or videos but really enjoys the routes and skills used (and loves the Fallout series), these videos are perfect. The insight and clarity of your explanations is also fantastic and really easy to follow - probably the best I've seen on TH-cam. Great job!

2k11 was the best. I remember just being able to iso and cross over for a free dunk.
Really enjoyed this video format. For those of us that watch but dont do speedruns, explanations on the whats and whys of actions taken are essential to enjoying the experience. Grats on a great run.

Personally I like this shorter more streamlined format for your videos, but I also wouldn't say no to a 2 hour long speedrun commentary, I find them both entertaining.

Great video. Explaining all of the wacky things you do in a speedrun is the best part of the endeavor in my estimation. In service to that, you can prepare your explanations perfectly in a commentary format.

I really like this form of video, but I also enjoy the idea of you going over the whole speedrun with commentary. However, that's more because I find you entertaining, and is not as much driven by the amount of infomation gained as it is about personal entertainment.
This highly edited format seems to have a lot more information compressed into a smaller period of time, making it more readily approachable by those that are just beginning to view your channel.

Shorter videos are easier to watch however I prefer longer videos because i can listen to them in the background while i get things done.
This is hilarious, Especially the tenpines bluff joke, amazing.
The format is really good, doing heavy commentary over a full run gets quite boring after a while, and like this you can cut through all the boring shit.

The shortened "highlighted" version is great for people that have maybe seen the run before but giving them the option to see the full run is great as well. The best of both worlds.

Fun video. I love speedruns and explainations of the tricks done in them, so I love commentated runs. This is a nice middle ground between a full speedrun video and a speed trick video.
