In this speedrun explained, we break down an Any% speedrun of the original BioShock (sorry, not the remastered version). This run is performed by KPCzombie, one of the top runners for the game. This run includes ways to skip doors, cutscenes, and even entire levels. Sorry, but there’s no ADAM duplication glitch used in this run! This video serves as an explanation of the strategies used by KPC to beat BioShock in under 29 minutes.
    #BioShock #Speedrun
The first fling in the run, which saves ten seconds, is specifically called “YOLO fling” since it was a known about fling, but it wasn’t done in runs due to its difficulty. KPC was on a run that was pretty much dead and decided to say YOLO and try the fling since he knew about it, and ended up getting it first try. This led to him pulling the run back to be a world record, making the fling just become part of the route. Gotta love glitches and moments like that in speedruns/speedrunning.

No content creator anywhere does what you do and I'll forever be grateful for that. There's never a bad time to hear something like that and always work a way to fit it in. Happy men's mental health awareness month to everyone you're not alone

My favorite part of this game is that you play a dude that survives a plane crash and stumbles upon this whole weird city under the sea. Upon entering this weird place, one of the first things he finds is a huge syringe with some unknown substance in it, and he just jams it in his arm with no hesitation.

I remember 2007, I got my first Xbox 360, along with Halo 3, Dead Rising, Call Of Duty 2 & 3 and finally BioShock. Now I never asked for this game my mum got it me thinking I’d liked it, little did I know how much I love this game. Although I literally only played Halo 3 and Dead Rising for the first few months. Eventually thought I’d try this game and my first impression from just looking at the back of the case was “looks boring, no multiplayer, no zombies” I was so addicted to this game and still I hope back on (Xbox one version) to play it at least twice a year. It was also the first ever game I ever did challenge runs for which eventually became my addiction to games today. Best game for me even over Halo 3.

The hit box splicer is probably a result of the physics engine recognizing the player as being in an interaction zone, as the splicer is an animated asset where things like weapons have different physics and effects that make them set pieces. So when you stand on its head, your interacting with it physically being apart of the environment, like a walking chair or table, but the weapons are coded to become interactive upon registering the enemy model as "dead" basically trapping them in what I like to call the "limbo state" where the body doesn't have coding for that situation because it wasn't needed for something that was so specific of a situation. You can tell by the way the weapons or hat cause transitional clipping back to the main stage environment navigation like how glass bottles are physical til they are broken and the glass becomes ghost like
