I doubt the IBC would be diesel or any form of fuel. Fuel and most chemical storage requires some form of bund to contain the product in case of spillage, i would imagine it's something inert - probably as you suggessted simply water. Just subscribed, will be watching with great interest.

Ah, would've been nice to see a flyover of the Southern parcel, seems they're doing ground surveys over there.
