I'm a runner and get injured a lot; I've been trying to strengthen my glutes lately - this workout was absolute torture/perfection!! I could practically feel my hips about to fall off. Thank you for one of the most intense glute sessions I've ever done! :)

Good Morning Caroline! Glad that pausing is a good indicator of pushing it to the max.. I did push it with day one, woke up curled up in bed.. Had to get a hot iron to straighten my legs and back😂.. Looking forward to the band and thrusts, they always leave me quite worked..
Absolute favourite.. The bodyweight workouts were actually tougher and more effective for me, where I really felt the burn deep within! Loved loved loved.. Used a 27.5 kg barebell and 18 kg kettlebell.. Don’t mind if I do this one again and again!

OMG OMG the GLUTE , the last 3 upright , elbow , low down pulse , an hold omg that’s absolutely the killer pain , I’m end up have to bit my finger , don’t wanna drop is only 5 secs left that all !! Well, today was a crazy day for me. This morning at 5:30, I did the first 1000 reps abs challenge Caroline posted, and after work, I felt so active that I decided to go on with this session! Absolutely fantastic! Now I feel okay, ready to prepare dinner and rest tomorrow. Complexes are fun and intense! Thanks, Caroline!
These three-minute complexes definitely prove that lighter dumbbells can feel really heavy! Like many other people, my legs were still a bit sore from Monday’s session but I soldiered on. Hardest complex was the side leg raises and circles. Love glute band stuff/great finisher. Yesterday’s session was great too. Looking forward to Friday!

I was already struggling with the first 10 reps of hip thrusts 🤣 but as I got more and more into it, I pushed really hard! I’ve never done abductions with this much precision before, I have definitely gotten stronger!! This wa challenging, but fun! And that’s what we love with Caroline💕

This was crazy!😂 I loved it! I didn't go any heavier today than I have in recent weeks, but I did use a slightly thicker band for the first round of the finisher and it was tough! Loved the selection of exercises! Thank you so much, Caroline! Much love from South Africa

I really feel the difference in this week's series of training, it is really tough and requires a lot of effort from us and also needs iron ability to complete the whole workout , Caroline you really push us to challenge ourselves and do our best❤️🔥

This year I played soccer and ran and threw in track right after wrestling ended, so after competing in state track, you could say that I was FREAKING EXHAUSTED!! I took a little break, and Caroline has been a great way to ease back into working out. I'm still so sore from Monday's workout, so this one absolutely kicked my butt (literally). I don't usually do glute workouts, but I had a super fun time doing this one and am loving the complexes this week! Hope you're all doing spectacular my dudes.

Now that was a burner!!! WOW!! I only used a 30lb DB and medium band for the thrusts and used my 35lb Bell for sumo etc. Those side leg raises and circles almost killed me.

Oh wow! This was a really tough one for me from the beginning! The hip thrusts were particularly hard and then those side leg lifts and circles. Just when I was feeling stronger this workout definitely dropped me down a few pegs! I will continue pushing myself though and get stronger! The add on ab complex was a great addition of course so well planned! Thank you!
Oh boy this series is tough. But maybe I’m just forgetting how tough all her other series were! My whole body has been sore from the start of this. It feels great, love that feeling…that I’m making a difference and getting stronger. I’m glad she encouraged us that having to pause during this was a positive thing, because I definitely took many pauses, especially during side leg lifts. And I still haven’t mastered bridge leg jumps so I did the alternating bridge leg pulses. I figured I’d get a lot more out of it doing those. I can’t imagine how tough tomorrow’s 1 hour full body complex workout will be 😱, but up for the challenge!

OMG OMG the GLUTE , the last 3 upright , elbow , low down pulse , an hold omg that’s absolutely the killer pain , I’m end up have to bit my finger , don’t wanna drop is only 5 secs left that all !! Well, today was a crazy day for me. This morning at 5:30, I did the first 1000 reps abs challenge Caroline posted, and after work, I felt so active that I decided to go on with this session! Absolutely fantastic! Now I feel okay, ready to prepare dinner and rest tomorrow. Complexes are fun and intense! Thanks, Caroline!
These three-minute complexes definitely prove that lighter dumbbells can feel really heavy! Like many other people, my legs were still a bit sore from Monday’s session but I soldiered on. Hardest complex was the side leg raises and circles. Love glute band stuff/great finisher. Yesterday’s session was great too. Looking forward to Friday!

I was already struggling with the first 10 reps of hip thrusts 🤣 but as I got more and more into it, I pushed really hard! I’ve never done abductions with this much precision before, I have definitely gotten stronger!! This wa challenging, but fun! And that’s what we love with Caroline💕

This year I played soccer and ran and threw in track right after wrestling ended, so after competing in state track, you could say that I was FREAKING EXHAUSTED!! I took a little break, and Caroline has been a great way to ease back into working out. I'm still so sore from Monday's workout, so this one absolutely kicked my butt (literally). I don't usually do glute workouts, but I had a super fun time doing this one and am loving the complexes this week! Hope you're all doing spectacular my dudes.

Now that was a burner!!! WOW!! I only used a 30lb DB and medium band for the thrusts and used my 35lb Bell for sumo etc. Those side leg raises and circles almost killed me.

You are truly a super innovative trainer Caroline, a full Glutes WO was fabulous, and it flew! Oh wow! This was a really tough one for me from the beginning! The hip thrusts were particularly hard and then those side leg lifts and circles. Just when I was feeling stronger this workout definitely dropped me down a few pegs! I will continue pushing myself though and get stronger! The add on ab complex was a great addition of course so well planned! Thank you!
Oh boy this series is tough. But maybe I’m just forgetting how tough all her other series were! My whole body has been sore from the start of this. It feels great, love that feeling…that I’m making a difference and getting stronger. I’m glad she encouraged us that having to pause during this was a positive thing, because I definitely took many pauses, especially during side leg lifts. And I still haven’t mastered bridge leg jumps so I did the alternating bridge leg pulses. I figured I’d get a lot more out of it doing those. I can’t imagine how tough tomorrow’s 1 hour full body complex workout will be 😱, but up for the challenge!
