And i have family in Plaistow and Romford, so not like we were strangers to the area. Stick with punk! I got into it about 9/10yr old too. Going into town with a safety pin through me ear. Old punks never die, they just turn 50 like me and revert to brothel creepers, black skinny jeans, Joy Division tshirts and lumberjack shirts, open, on top. True?
The Clash and Jimmy Cliff are interconnected in more ways i believe. They inspired one another mutually, The Clash covered his songs, or maybe Joe Strummer solo.
