That era had more funk. I think that's the main difference. More cool basslines, nice simple drums, a good soul clap and lyrics to sing along. That era had more funk. I think that's the main difference. More cool basslines, nice simple drums, a good soul clap and lyrics to sing along. I think most music back then was really meant to be danced to. Nowadays it all has some weird themes and rarely it is about having fun. Miss the positive vibes.
