IPHONE 12 BACK GLASS REPLACEMENT, WITHOUT A GLASS BREAKER

My 1st iphone repair, yay. Actually I intended to use the glass breaker, but the one I ordered arrived much later than it should. So I decided to proceed without it as you can see in the video.
The one that's being replace is an aftermarket back glass. Easier to replace.
