I just converted my hardtail to ebike with bbs02 in May and I have 200 moles on it already on my local trails. uphill climbs are like taking a smoke break lpl
A full suspension will take stress off the frame & other parts when you're going 30mph down bumpÿ streets. Plus be more comfortable. Really wish my motorized bicycle was full suspension.
- The chain looks too tight. You usually need more than 2 extra link with a rear suspension. - Very interesting battery format. Could confirm its weight?
We need some comparable builds to factory trail and enduro bikes. Something besides a street scooter. I'm basically looking to ride hard on single track. Instant throttle response with low end torque. Maybe 25-30 mph max.
@@JohnnyNerdOut standard everything, 48v. Run a 52t chain ring for 35mph cruising ability. What should I be seeing in mileage? Used to get 15 miles in mode 2 out of 3 but now it's bit colder in Scotland this time of year it seems to have lost range. It's a cheapo aliexpress 17ah with grade a cells, allegedly lol. Want to buy a 24ah but wonder what I should see in mileage on decent Samsung or equivalent cells?
20ah 52v battery gives me about 60 miles in one trip ~ there are many factors, so this is an approximate number. I could get more mileage on flat ground, and if I totally drained the battery.

Dig the wedge battery and rear rack.

Non fat tire ebikes suspension is almost a must have on front .
What did you say the name of the new battery? I think you said Lucky. I went on your website and dont see it
Check the description for a direct link 👍
really intrigued by the wedge battery--making me reconsider a build for the 13" marin point reyes urban bike!
Hey I just opened up my e-bike kit (box) and there is a Golden Ticket inside ❤❤❤❤😊,I’ve gotta go tell my grandpa 😅
Another nice build. Just to pick a gnit: You set up that headlight for bird watching or star gazing;)
Oh definitely, it needs to be adjusted down 😂

What is the most durable ebike motor for agressive mountain bike riding?
Probably the bbshd
range on full power? 17ah gives me just 7 miles
Whoa, how much power are you using? That’s like 120wh/mi if you have a 48/52v battery

Thar battery is bad, my 17.5 get 30miles
@@nathandavidson1823 even in full power mode everywhere?
so you still make bbs02 and bbshd builds it seems i was under the impression that the new toseven is superior to these bafang drives
Different motors for different needs I’d say. Bafang is still the motor to beat.
Are there any twist throttles for the bafang 750
