the greenlight is higher quality than the ertl in my opinion, the only downsides are that the trunk doesn't open and the engine is from the wrong year. another thing that bugs me is that the plastic molding isn't painted very well, though for some reason they fixed that on the 1986 pace car model exclusively.
Ive got a c4 that i love. Red interior with a black exterior just like the one in the video. Ive got zr1 wheels on mine though. Where can i find these kits? Id love to make a mini version of my car
They aren't kits, they come pre-assembled. They do make plastic bodied kits of the C4 in smaller 1/24 or 1/25th scale by AMT or Monogram. Or Monogram makes an 1/8th scale C4 kit. All can be found on eBay.
Green Light has issues of being a little too overpriced for the quality in my opinion. I wanted the Autoart but it's too expensive for my taste. I do get some good models from bbargo and hot wheels.

It's weird because the C4 is one of those cars I never cared about but now I see it as a symbol of the 80s and would happily buy any of these models.

The tabs are like that on the targa because they are like that on the actual car so that is ONE DETAIL they actually got right.... go figure..lol
