- As a follow-up to my unboxing video of my cheap Maisto Corvette Z51, I filmed a quick video comparing the details of the regular stingray and the stingray Z51. I also show off some customizations I made to both models.

And your added magic work makes the casting even more pretty. Great work Bro 👍
I highly recommend the AutoArt 1:18 1986 Corvette. I had to save up to buy it because it is expensive buy it was worth it.
Like 8. Fully watched as always.
These are the best Corvette models I've ever seen. Maisto is the King of its business. Super cool video Bro 👍
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
I have the same Z51, I used to have the regular 2014 Corvette.
Looks great man! I picked up that cherry red version a couple years ago and then swapped around the interiors from black to tan. May have to try making the wheels silver. Looks great!
Thanks! It’s always cool to be able to customize these models.
I have an AutoArt 1:18 1986 Corvette in red, a Maisto 1:18 1965 Corvette in red ( a very nice Maisto ), the Maisto 1:18 2014 Corvette Z51 in white with the black and red interior, and a Maisto 1:18 2005 Corvette convertible, in a metallic red color, I wanted the metallic/burnt orange one but I was unable to find it for a good piece.
I have one of each generation Corvette in 1/18 scale now. I’ll probably do a showcase video on those on the future.
Hi Nick, do you think it’ll be possible to convert the Z 51 into convertible. I think just a solid open convertible would be easier. Nothing that can be opened or moved.
It would be difficult, though I imagine it could be done. I’m not sure how that process would work, however.
How do Maisto Special Edition, Maisto Premier Edition and Maisto Exclusive edition compare?
Premiere edition and Special edition are similar in terms of quality, but Premiere Edition seems to be slightly higher quality depending on the model. Exclusive Edition was a little higher quality than Premiere edition and was slightly more expensive. I’ll probably do a video on this in the future.
