It is a shame that a state govt is employing an international consultant to advise them how to manage their finances. This consultant will arrange loans for the govt and using collateral of state govt assets. And finally the state will go bankrupt. This us what happened to the andhra govt who lost the elections. Already kerala is bankrupt and other states will follow. The central govt ..rbi ..and other statutory institutions are watching and helpless in stopping this action. Finally it is the middle class taxpayers who will be footing the bill of this bankruptcy.

Why not go to World Bank or IMF for suggestions on how to improve revenue to loot and give freebies?
No FDI for Karnataka as it is not developing the infrastructure for companies, so no new jobs, so more unemployment, leading to more dependency on the freebies and so on, it's a vicious cycle. Only people of Karnataka shall suffer not the congress party as they proved that they shall only work for financial aid for their prince.
