.....amazing it is!! .....I made a custom action myself and now with a push on a button I have fresh orange juice, a hard boiled egg and toast in the morning😂😉
If I'm recording tracks for a radio station, that's about 17 minutes per track, because between the tracks there are ads and hourly news updates. I use only an AGC and hard limiter plugin to prevent overshoots. But I have a PPM meter and watch this one, not to go above 0db, so the processing is minimal. No EQ or other effects are used. Works very well, for years now.
Great video Kenny! Assuming the next audio file you import will not have the same volume levels; I don't understand how the actions will set the proper compressor thresholds.
It depends on what you're doing. In my example, my narration is always the same volume level. But you could also skip compressors and just do an EQ for example.
Buenisimos tus videos kenny, estaria muy bueno un video donde nos muestres tus customs actions, podrias darnos ideas que no se nos han ocurrido. Saludos!
Informative, as always! Is there a reason why you used the "3-way split > three separate compressors > downmix" chain instead of using the high and low pass functions in ReaComp to achieve the same thing? Does the splitter give you better separation?
I want to import the music of a quartet from youtube, each player separately . Any video you have showing the procedure? Thank you for your dedication.
Hi ,thanks for the tutorials .. you r doing a great job 👍... Can you please make tutorial on lenear EQ on master for phasing issue .. is it possible with stock plugins or I have to use paid EQ?
Hi there. Just came across your channel. I’ve been asked to put metadata into wav files (used mp3tag) and make a ddp. My question is can I import that metadata into my reaper project instead of having to fill it in all over again? Any help greatly appreciated.
Excellent tutorial, Kenny. Thanks for sharing.
This is fantastic! A real timesaver for all sorts of scenarios! Thanks so much Kenny!😉
I love the power of custom actions.

Never cease to amaze me 😊

Been binging on your videos ! Very good, Thank you for sharing !
Also have to ask, could you share that FX chain for vocals ? :) I would use it
It's more for narration than for vocals.

Hey Kenny your videos are very useful as I I reaper user but there's one thing I would like to know, why we loose quality after rendering our music 😢
Great stuff!!
Hi Kenny, any chance of a tutorial on ReaSurroundPan and is is effective for electric guitar?
Your videos are so informative. Thank you.
Btw, what screensharing software do you use?
Thanks

gud dat, thanks ken
this is what I looking for. Add a shortcut to add tracks with all the fx chain to play the guitar. One for Clean, one for drive, etc.... Thanks!!!!!
I wrote you a long time ago (see my comment in this). Don't you answer to your viewers, or only when there is a complement?
Woah!!!
I keep hearing “now when you first open Reaper“ whenever you try to play the audio. What happened?
That's the audio I imported.
@@REAPERMania I'm an idiot. Sorry I wasted your time Kenny. And thank you for being gracious about it.
@@mjklein lol🤣😅
@@mjklein Nah. I should have used different audio.
Hello,
I can only find vst reaEQ and Realimit on my app. How can i get the other FX?
You use the most boring colors and theme of reaper. But you're damn good.

Import or input?
Import.
Isn't more convenient to simply use ReaXComp instead of splitting and compressing the bands individually?
Maybe.
But when you split you can use a diffrent acting compresors for diffrent band. Never tried but i think it could be cool for mastering
Amazing.....👍
