3 tofu recipes | high protein, easy meals

hi everyone! in this video, i show you 3 delicious tofu recipes, i hope you enjoy watching it. also, thank you for all the support on my previous video and on my channel so far!! it means a lot to me :,)
0:00-0:13 intro
0:13-2:05 chilli tofu
300-350g firm tofu, water squeezed
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 clove garlic, chopped
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 red chilli, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp oregano
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp black pepper
Water, as needed
1 can whole peeled tomatoes
To a large bowl, add the soy sauce, water, grated garlic, onion powder and sesame oil. Let the tofu sit in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the diced onion and chopped red chilli on a greased pan, until soft. Add the oregano, ground mustard, cumin, chilli powder, black pepper and a little bit of water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the tofu, marinade, tomatoes and let it cook for another 5-6 minutes.
2:05-4:45 cashew tofu stir fry
250-300g tofu
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
your choice of veggies
1 cup roasted cashews
STIR-FRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup water
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, chopped

250-300g tofu
1 onion, roughly chopped
1 tomato, roughly chopped
1 inch ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cashew powder
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
