Start small! Google Recon Ron pull ups, you do 5 sets of varying amounts of pull ups that slowly increases. If you can't do a pull up try to do negatives and bicep workouts
I’m not really strong do to the fact I don’t eat really good I can do minimum pull ups and sit-ups but my run sucks if I work on running and do little bit of pull ups sit-ups and pushups and I get to bootcamp will I get built up to get stronger
Jobs? In my limited experience. K9, air traffic control transfers well to civilian world. I know some guys who have done great in civilian world with avionics.
One thing you did not mention is if you serve a full hitch you can get a civil service job with a veteran preference. Over a none. Veterans status. This give you a 5 or 10 point preference over a none vet. This help me as I took an apprenticeship for civilian side a Naval Shipyard as I got a 100 percent on my entrance test and with my discharge papers I got another 5 points so I got 105 percent and received a four apprenticeship as a Marine Machinist and then received my degree as a Journeyman Marine Machinist.
The question asked was about benefits of joining USMC. BENEFITS you listed applies to all services. What is different in USMC that makes it the better option?

Outdoor Texas , Start doing push ups, which will help develop your back as well. Then you just have to keep doing pull ups. I was always told that, “10 a day keeps the fat away”
Cristian Munoz , Yes but no. It all depends on what kind of deployment you’re training for. Some work ups are more rigorous than others. But overall you don’t just have a lot of free time but you get a decent amount.

There’s nothing wrong with making this a career, but some people just want something different. It’s it a bad idea no. Is it for me no. I have different goals I want to purse. But if that’s something you really want I say go for it.
I really wanna join, I have my whole life, but my parents kinda brainwashed me out of it pretty much by making me believe the military was curtain death. Now that I know I've worked civilian jobs that have a similar mortality rate, I'm turned back on to it. I have 2 huge problems tho. 1, I have a gf to convince and then marry and 2. I'm transgender. I only have one surgery left and have been mostly transitioned for 2 years. I know all the requirements for trans recruits under Trump, but I know a lot of trans guys have been having trouble getting in, even meeting these requirements. I'd love to be a sniper, but I don't know if I'm capable

I checked out the videos of the Marine boot camp and I can guarantee it is a whole lot tougher than my Boot Camp in United Coast Guard!
