The Marine Corps has found itself in a mess that might not can be fixed. The Marine Corps is going through a major retention problem. And what is the cause of that, you may ask. Well in this video, I share a major reason of why this is happening, why the Marine Corps is failing. One of the main reasons the Marine Corps is struggling to retain Marines is because of the toxic leadership in the Marine Corps. It's something that has been haunting the Marine Corps for a while now. But for some reason isn't a pressing matter to the Marine Corps. But they might want to open their eyes because this is why the Marine Corps is failing. The toxic leadership in the Marine Corps has gotten out of hand and needs to be fixed. If not the Marine Corps, will not last. If the Marine Corps wants to retain more Marines, then they need to first look at themselves in the mirror. And ask themselves why Marines aren't staying in. Until they can answer that question honestly, then the Marine Corps will continue to lose Marines.
