    Chef I made your Salmon Gravlax, Chestnut Soup and Duck fine dining for Christmas for 13 people. It was a huge succes and so fun to do. The colors were beautiful, the taste was amazing and everybody had a good time all because of your recipes! Thank you :D

    What’s the white sauce that looks like yogurt? I didn’t get its name?

    • @ChefMajk
      @ChefMajk  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @ChefMajk  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It will be warm probably, but main thing is to get very hot soup and in the best case hot plate.

    It’s not really soup, more like a lot of chestnut sauce.

    • @ChefMajk
      @ChefMajk  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So what is difference between chestnuts soup and chestnuts sauce? For me it is the same thing 🤔

    • @D_HongKongVideos

      @@ChefMajk it’s the amount. By the way, love your channel, please cook with healthy oils. Don’t use Canola or Sunflower. Stick to olive, butter, coconut. Less omega 6 oils

    • @ChefMajk
      @ChefMajk  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@D_HongKongVideos I would say it is the standard amount for a fine dining restaurant in 3-6 course menu. I am using these oils because of the taste, I don't want my food to taste like coconut. In fine dining no one care really about how healthy it is but how tasty in my opinion. At least in the restaurants for sure. But if you want to, use them at home, I don't see a problem.
