Awesome video! Appreciate your time and efforts to review such a wonderful car. This car is a true testament to what Proton ride and handling has to offer. Would like to confirm one one thing mentioned tho, were you able to actually reach 700km in a single tank or is it just referring to the range meter in the info cluster?

You can close the traction mode and open the instant mode in iriz for more power...
what? instant mode is just a display for instant fuel consumption.

Does 1.3 manual got gear lock ? Bcoz 1.6 manual premium got gear lock function that required to put in reverse gear after off engine.. Annoying and dangerous function..

Does the car experience rev hang when shifting? Just want to know whether heel and toe is good for this car.
Most people said iriz cornering very good, but 8n this video show it has a lot of body roll, is it true iriz really good at cornering
yeah it does actually, although body roll is obvious but the chassis can handle hard cornering pretty well for its class, really want to try can rent from socar and try it out 👍🏻
bodyroll is something you need to be comfortable with, chassis flex allows your tyres to actually plant. if you have a stiffer suspension, you may feel more stable but you are more prone to understeering
I would sincerely suggest you to drive one if you have the opportunity, you will feel and definitely enjoy the extent Proton went with the ride and handling for this car. This is the exact platform used in rally as well which has been proven to be a worthy competitor. Taking corners just puts a smile on my face everytime and I do not regret getting this car. Kudos to Proton for their efforts.
最近有考虑入手这辆 Iriz 1.3，可是听到电子油门就有些犹豫不决了，之前拥有一辆 Savvy，油门非常迟滞，是很严重那种表现，深踩油门就会导致整辆车不断地chok， 很担心不知道 Iriz 会不会也是一样。
Iriz 1.3 mc1车主路过，油门会延迟但不会严重，只要停车起步你让他滑一秒再慢慢踩油门是很顺的，高速上加速慢慢踩深油门也是很顺，不能一下子踩完啦，不过塞车的话车是在chok的

想看1.3 CVT, 和1.6 CVT 的 pick up差别有多大呵呵
差别大到有点离谱，本身有辆1.3 cvt 的，然后表哥一辆1.6的，做过实验就是pick up的差别有多离谱，top speed 1.3踩到底才150，1.6随随便便150🤣,但是日常用的话，1.3已经够用
Would you recommend a second hand iriz or new saga manual? Is there a solution to solve throttle lag? It's a hazard in my opinion.
Second hand Iriz. The new car price sells much expensive than the Saga, therefore the build quality and accessories is better.
@@aderenlim is both their FC/safety features same between the saga and iriz? How about manual preve as well hadn't seen or heard this car much other than pulis car
700km mileage per fill up is Fking crazy for iriz. Is it confirmed? Based on the mileage meter? Drove a CVT iriz and it only lasts 300. Socar can let you try out these cars.
@@NEXUSOOI 700km mileage seems exaggerated, I drove 1.6 CVT variant around town( KL) full tank can go up to 350-370km.You can get more 400-500+km if you drive long distance+ small town with less traffic. Howver I read some ppl said that 1.3 FC is better than 1.6 but for me 1.3 is underpowered
Saga都好Iriz都好，我都建议6000RPM之前就好换牙了
因为马力都是5800RPM过后就没有了😂所以你拉到去6000后面可以讲都是空的
哈哈因为我要它不要换档了之后跌少过4000rpm，所以我才6500换档的

不确定哦，如果没错的话前车主 是改完整条排气，然后 muffler 是 HKS

我有开过这个spec，也是manual的 真的很好开
只是唯一我不喜欢的就是转数才3000声音就好像开到5000那样很吵 到了120km/h要跟乘客聊天都要很大声，轮胎隔音就更不用说了。
还有就是开到100-140的话一旦放油转数不会下完，像拉着车那样。
如果没有这个问题我当初就直接买了，毕竟真的很好开

@@resourcesvoonda2128 也不是讲转数会完全下完啦 就只要一收油转数是跟着车速度跑的，不会完全下到free gear 整辆车感觉会被拉回来 不管是驾驶的还是乘客开久了会很不舒服 而且3000转时没骗你是真的很吵(不是Cvt哦是MT)

Myvi 和 Iriz 的超控表现会差很远吗？还是Myvi已经是不错好玩了（牙箱放一边的话）。因为听说第三代Myvi的超控进步了不少。
我个人开起来，就算原装的第三代 Myvi 还是不比 2014 的 Iriz 操控好。
Iriz 的底盘设计其实很接近欧洲车，很扎实，很棒
哇，那我心痒了。因为我家里🈶一辆3代 Myvi, so far感觉超控不错（我除了test drive以外没有真正开到Iriz)。现在在想是否要跟家人买那台Myvi 还是该继续等我已订了的新 Iriz。。。
