Nice comparison. Thanks. I use my L-extreme with my Canon 6Da in bortle 8 skies and get nice results with 10+hrs or more of data, even with a moon about.
I just got the filter last week and the weather man is saying 2-3 clear skies in a row. I'm going to get 150 x 4 minute exposure and hoping for good results.
Hi !! I used the Skywatcher Esprit 120 at its native F7. Ive also used the filter on a scope at F6 and it was fine. Like you Ive heard that under F4, the filter isn't very effective. I have to say though for the scopes I use, its a definite game changer for imaging in the UK. Let me know if you have any other questions about it! I have the extreme and found the star halos in my bortle 5 skies made the photos unacceptable. Wish I could sell this filter.

what F ratio was the scope you used for this, sorry if missed it. Have heard some issues with f4 and lower having issues with this filter ?
