- It appears that over a week has passed since my last video - how has that happened?
I've started back at work after using the booked time off for what was supposed to be the start of my holiday in Spain. It's been a lot to get used to considering I only work 12 hours a week for that one anyway.
The PET CT was uneventful thankfully - although there was a distinct lack of Pets so it was a little disappointing.

Hi Mandy, just watched your video and I’m so glad to hear of your positive results. You seem so positive but I know from experience that there are dark thoughts at times. From what the Docs have told you I’m sure you’re feeling that there is light at the end of the tunnel. You go girl and I wish you well with your treatment xxx

A lady at the Farmers Market where I have a booth used to sell goose eggs and I would buy them. They are huge and so hard to crack open. But they sure tasted good. I will have to see if she has them again this summer.
It is nice that you having so much company. It is always good to see old and new friends. And your work schedule and hospital schedule sounds exhausting. Perhaps an afternoon nap would be in order when you get home each day. You will need your strength for what is coming up. I enjoy a little nap on days when I feel tired.

My past 12 months has also been very difficult health wise and whilst life has changed a lot I always say that there is a;ways someone worse off and we should focus on the positives of life and we will find the strength then to deal with some of the negatives. Ive got back from berwick haven where i got stuck in the mud twice and had to be rescued by the site team so i can imagine how bad willowfields is. Im toying with getting some traction boards before we come down for built and bought. Off to Beverley to see mum tomorrow. Hope all is well, loads of love
It is still a little soggy here, we’re all praying for sunshine! Johnny will have his defender ready to help people off the field like last year. Just keep your towing eye handy 😁 hopefully you won’t need it. I’ll be a great weekend ❤️

Nana naps (or Power naps) are a good option if you need to recharge during the day - I read that if you have your coffee, then a 20-30 minute nap - while it kicks in - you are more energised after. Goose (or duck) eggs are very nice scrambled or in a frittata too. I really enjoyed the series Shetland. There is a nice park with a boating lake on the front in Cleethorpes by the Leisure Centre and a caravan park next to it too if you need to stop over with facilities on hand. Hope all the appointments go okay, thinking of you.
