3 of the most awkward people in hollywood all together on stage at once. I would’ve given anything to have them continue talking with one another. Imagine the comedy gold
Thank you so much for uploading this! I only clicked this video on a whim because I love Nathan, but it was so fun to watch the back and forth. It made me watch the trailer for this movie and it looks so good, I can't wait to watch it.
The man interviewing Ari is owner of AMC Century 15 movie theater, my son know him. He is extremely rude and dangerous person, he sounds drunk in this video. For next Q/A please keep him away from filmmakers Thank You, Jimmy
@@ceo5855 no longer online but I read it many years ago when Ari Aster wrote it as a short, some changes were made but still an unbelievable weird film

@@dylankurtz8423 I'm an aspiring novelist/screenwriter and I have a few ideas I would hope Ari Aster would adapt into films, if I didn't do so myself. I have one book idea that has a dark and grim feel to it about a successful lawyer who is placed under a terrible and horrific curse by a voodoo lady from New Orleans who accused him of "Taking" something from her. This curse starts to utterly shatter and destroy his life/family (even causing his wife to miscarriage) and the only way to make it right is to admit to what he did and abandon his family. He spends the rest of his days as a horribly burnt, homeless, delusional drunkard and his children grow up believing their father a horrible man who abandoned them and a murderer(killed/raped voodoo lady's daughter while high on cocaine during a sexual encounter at Mardi Gras when he was a graduate student).
Joaquin said so before the screening. Four hours later, they probably came down quite a bit. I wouldn't sound like this on "lots of acid" but I know people who would
Its crazy this movie didnt do well in the theaters. That said, its gonna make it up in the long run, an instant cult classic. Hope a24 keeps taking chances. Love nathan fielder, altho hes terrible at conducting interviews😅

🙏
nathan saying if it was four hours he could have charged for two movies was the beginning of a nathan for you episode
The plan: charge 5 times the normal ticket price for a 10 hour movie

This q&a is still in the universe of the movie.
Imagine being there and not knowing who Nathan is...I'd be so lost
Why is Nathan there
And... that is why the audience is so dry lol
@@DorkoDoes yeah
Nathan dismissing Joaquin Phoenix like he's just some annoying guy is so wonderful
I can’t help but imagine that this is going to be on an episode of The Rehearsal
I was thinking the same thing. This could be insane
That interviewer looks like he has really good grades.
Nathan is the worst and best interviewer.
Precisely💯😅
This is a true meeting of the minds
it actually is

They were all on acid
Nathan seems like a perfect comment within itself for how to look on the movie. Particularly towards the end of the film.

thank u jimmy if i ever see this man i will make sure to avoid him
Thanks for the heads up Jimmy. We gotta keep these sick animals off the streets and away from our children.
i echo this sentiment. i met him once at this ice cream shop and i could have sworn he served me poop, horrible influence to the culture
He once double charged me for popcorn
Read the script for this masterpiece of a film before watching and my jaw still dropped multiple times! Will never be another one like it!
How’d you find that??

Four hours would have been kinda neat I think.
this movie would've been a million times better if Nathan Fielder was in it
doing god's work man thanks
My literal favorite people in one place. Is this real life?
It’s ahead of its time.. Schizophrenically Brilliant
Thanks for actually uploading in good quality unlike the other uploads of the qnas for this movie
4:18 I relate so much to Ari Aster here it's scary! "I could look anywhere and it would remain..." I am so on edge around strangers.
i love how you can tell ari is making a meal out of nathan being the interviewer
Epic sneeze timing at 15:51
6:19 immediately thought of the birthday party scene in the rehearsal lol
Thank you for this.
10:24 very classic evasive Nathan answer

look like nathan pick the cast uncounsciously for aster
That’s a funny point about how more people would watch it if it was 4 hours lol

kind of wish he wasn't interviewed by a comedian! Ari is king!
Though it probably made a bit of a nice change for Ari ... must get boring doing the rounds !!
What is nathan doing there lol can anyone answer?
He's talking to the Hereditary guy
Let Ari talk for god's sake! stop interrupting!
Weird Jew hour
Dhead stop interrupting
I'm gonna sit down, cause I can't stand Nathan Felder talking
His voice is like if Ray Romano drank 3 bottles of Cough Syrup, while battling Dementia
Wait this is super strange. I can't get a read on Nathan. I guess thats expected, but like, he seems genuinely uninterested and kind of angry

you obv dont know anything about him then. thats his joke shtick. hes a deadpan comedian. he and ari are friends, too.
What do you love about movies….why don’t you ask a comedian where he gets his ideas from…..Jesus lol
