Nice! It’s been ages since I’ve made come peas rice and peas but I’m planning to do it for Easter. Undecided if I’ll try your oven method or if I’ll cook it as usual on the stovetop. Yours looks very nice. Once it’s stirred it’s not too much peas IMO. Cheers! 🥂
