Hey Jim. Why did you cut the factory end of the relay wire and splice it onto the wire that came with the new starter instead of removing the new pig-tail and using the factory wire connector? The factory wire end looked perfectly fine. The thing I've learned over the years is the more connectors - the more resistance and the more possible problems. I just want to understand your philosophy here.
If NONE of the plugs are firing, and you know they are good, then I would find out which component is responsible for sending the signal to the coils, and find out why it's not doing its job. In modern cars, ignition is is handled by the ECM, but there are older cars that have a separate ignition module.

Mine cranks and don't start did a spark plug check on the metal in the engine bay and no spark on all sparks... Please help

I have a Impala no one can diagnose the problem it stalled on me and never started again new battery new spark plugs don't know what it is
Did the ECM throw any malfunction codes?
Damn! Looks like this could have been prevented with a simple splash shield. Ford...SMH.
