Me, firing 300+ rounds with multishot accounted for per second, holding m1 through the level with the infinite ammo buff. Before steel path this thing instagibbed bosses without damage gates you just tap and it was enough usually, treat it like a sniper rifle.
It's like he said though, you can make this work on the Akzani, but other things do more with less. You could even run this same type of setup on one of the better bullet hose dual pistols (many choices there) and get more out of it.
this isn't like a hidden gem weapon. even with investment, it is horrible. single target, horrible ammo economy, and low dps. only an incarnon form can save it.
I kinda liked the akanzi when I first tried them back when I was low tier, I just didn't have the resources to invest in everything I liked, but wasn't an immediate winner. One of the many things I loved about Durivi was that it motivated me to rebuild all those old (slightly underwhelming) weapons. Taking the akanzi out again, but with a full build (that was quite similar to yours but stopped at 3 forma) was good fun for those four days. :D I overlooked Casscadia Empowered because of the low-ish base status chance. But you're right, the rate of fire is such that it gets the statuses to make it work. Now I'm just debating whether to put in a 4th forma just to see how your build works for me! Thank you for getting me to think about them again.

Cascadia Empowered is indeed a very good arcane for niche cases, Kompressa is known to really slap with this arcane, like these just like Secondary Encumber is also really good for weapons with high status/fire rate/multishot. I tested Encumber on the old Twin Kohmak and Secura Dual Cestra and was impressed with their performance ^_^

I disagree.... And you only need to look at the last few Prime Accesses to Understand Why... Prime Weapons have been Power Crept Ages ago. These Days they are all merely "Functional" rather than *"Meta"* 👀

I love this thing. I got lucky and got a fairly ludicrous status riven for it, which when combined with amalgam mods and my boi Xaku just annihilates things well into steel path. The only problem is that damn ammo capacity ^^;
I will say although this didn't make me want to pull the akzani back out, it did inspire me to make a status rattleguts. Surprisingly effective, would recommend.
I've said in the past that this is one of my favorite things to do in Warframe, taking otherwise unremarkable weapons and pushing them to their maximum potential! Even I never considered Akzani so it's surprising to see them able to handle Steel Path! And maybe all that investment will pay off if DE decides to remember Akzani as well, it worked for me and my Miter :P

nah, cestra and aklato also share the 1.52 riven dispo, and theres kraken and magnus holding the title for highest at 1.53 riven dispo. Even still these are only secondary and primaries have a lot more 1.55 riven dispos
I would like the akzani, if only the Dex Furis and the Afuris prime didn't both feel like pretty much the same gun with better stats. While i was leveling, the Dex Furis from an event was pretty much the best secondary in my arsenal for quite a long time. As such, even though I never use it these days, it's still my highest used secondary. I've thought about trying to buff one of those two guns up to end game levels, but I never would have considered the Akzani. It would be cool to see it get a prime or other variant that made it stand out from the other dual automatic submachine guns a bit more.
Loving these vids of taking bad weapons and squeezing as much dmg you possibly can out of them, I would like to challenge you to do this with a MK-1 set up, primary secondary and melee.

I am jaded every day these are not primed (same with prisma twin grakatas) i literally have a 335% DMG, 220% CC, Punch Through with - Corpus DMG just chilling waiting for these to recieve a prime, like make them a Baro Prime like the Akvasto or Aklex, its a travesty that both of these twin pistols ive mentioned continue to not exist.
It's too bad Dex Furis is an upgrade on all aspects (outside the Accuracy stat?), especially Status Chance, with a slightly lower Riven Disposition (currently 1.39 vs 1.52).
i must admit i never expected this. It aint exactly true damage that is being dealt here so the results should be fairly mediokre. like single didgits. Wiki also states that mirage dont affect the damage instances and IPS does not trigger the arcane too. What am i missing here?! Why does this work!
I got a godlike Riven for Akzani, still feels like shit to use in current Warframe. It *can* do good damage but when you blast out 20%+ of your maximum ammo to kill a single bombard or gunner it quickly just gets annoying.
If you’re making videos about less popular weapons then i want to see how you make the cadus work. I’ve seen multiple videos where you make lesser used or perceived as bad, electricity weapons actually work. This one isn’t just bad because it’s a low rank electricity weapon but because it’s also a staff. In my opinion all staffs in warframe suck and hardly anyone chooses to use them over other weapon types.

The Hema is actually super underrated... Infinite ammo, Innate viral so you can also add corrosive, and actually pretty decent damage!

Akzani wasn't the best weapon to use but I wanted to use it because it was Mirage's signature, it's like her version of Clem's Twin Grakata :D

I have a riven for this which is something like 430% Damage.
I also have another which is Fire rate and recoil reduction. . . But a lower Mag size.
I really want these to get primed I love the alien power drills. Also would corrosive heat be an option with cascadia flare ?🤔

cascadia empowered is currently bugged right now and not proc correctly on ips status....imagine how stronger it'd be if it's not bugged.
I'm pretty that's Not a Bug. It's not suppose to work on IPS Status Effects. Atleast not as Far as I know 🤔
