Hey ☺️ I most certainly will make an in-season gym routine. The off season program is great. The video are a bit boring but the content itself is good. Our in-season program is a bit differently, we do fewer reps, often 2x4-8, and we do different exercises. I will try and get the video out asap ☺️

If you work hard enough on your technique, physique and mentality, are willing to learn, listen, and adapt, and you set yourself the right goals, I have no questions in my mind that you can make it as a pro. But it requires a lot. You have to fall in love with the position and cut out all distractions :)

Hey buddy, if you're 12, you shouldn't use any weights or very light (no matter how strong you are). I would do more jump training like squat jumps, jumping lunges, box/traps jump and so on
